We spoke with Matthew today now that our house has been on the market for ten months.
He was interested in our personal situation and gave us informatve, impartial and useful advice.
No hard sell, but some really practical suggestions to work with to move our sale forward.

Matthew provided excellent insightful knowledge of the market in which my property is in. He listened to all the background and took this into account to provide tailored advice and suggestions. Was a really useful call and he was very genuine (absolutely no hard sell at all …. in fact no ‘sell’ at all, just good advice). I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him.

I spoke to Matthew at length, in fact 3 calls as time kept running over, but he was so generous with his time and advice. He listened carefully to the history of the property which had 5 fall throughs and took on board all the facts but also my own personal circumstances and feelings from my house selling saga. Matthew took me through all the options available, answered all my questions and detailed the pro's and con's and his recommendation. Just had a conversation with Matthew. He was professional, polite, considerate and very helpful in his recommendations. He took me quickly from confusion to clarity in my situation. No hard sell and totally transparent. Would recommend Matthew without any hesitation.

My house was on the market for 9 months with a single agent, during which time I accepted 2 offers which subsequently collapsed for different reasons, but certainly in part because of the agent.
My wife had recently passed away and I so anxious to sell, that I contacted Matt for advice about putting my house into auction. Matt took time to listen to my experience and take details of my house. It was his opinion that an auction was not the suitable route for me to take, but thought that he could assist me in getting a sale. I was very impressed with his passion and knowledge about selling houses and decided to give him a go.
Kirsty was assigned to my case and she was nothing short of brilliant at what she does, in addition to quite simply being a wonderful empathetic person.
I accepted an offer around two months later, but it was in a quite complicated chain. Thankfully, Kirsty kept me sane by being proactive in speaking to various agents and solicitors throughout the chain and kept me updated regularly she was always easy to contact and always responded promptly to any emails I sent to her.
Because of the complicated chain, it took around 4 months to complete my sale, but without Kirsty, I have no doubt that the chain would probably have collapsed.
My advice to anyone put off by the extra commission this assisted sale costs, trust me, Kirsty more than earned every penny. She even helped me find a suitable rental property,which was not in her remit, so that I can now take my time as a cash buyer in finding my new home.
