Matthew chatted with me my husband for about an hour (with no hidden catches!). He was very generous with both his time and his knowledge. He took the time to ask lots of questions about our situation and then talked us through his thoughts and suggestions without ever being pushy or 'salesy'. What we particularly liked was the advice he gave was tailored to our personal property situation (which is unique!). We picked up a lot of tips and good advice and will definitely consider using his service in the future as a result of our conversation. Thank you Matthew.

This was the first time any adviser in the last four years was confident enough not to give us any easy answers. Matthew was endlessly patient, thorough and so incredibly knowledgeable. With great empathy he put all the possible options on the table and talked through each one with wisdom, clarity and compassion.

We engaged Matt and Kirsty after 4 months of lack lustre interest from house viewers and loss of enthusiasm from our estate agents.
Matts presentation on UTube explaining what he saw as the main reasons people can’t sell a house was very informative and has it seems helped a lot of people without their needing to engage Matt.
His ideas are clear and straightforward , starting with ensuring realistic prices being asked for the property, it’s easy to be persuaded, as we were , by an estate agent that you can try for a high initial price and then use that starting point to negotiate lower offers, this approach just puts people off even looking at the property . His small team are in regular contact offering advice and always available on the end of the phone.we were able to influence persons involved in our chain using Kirsty as our intermediate contact. This gave us an ability to understand where problems lay in the chain and take steps to try and move things along. We felt as if we had some degree of influence over what was going on and the feedback we had through Matt and Kirsty was that other parties in the chain were glad to have someone with an overview that was beneficial to them as well as us.
They were very pleasant to deal with and very diligent in their work.
We felt the cost of their service was fully justified and they earned every penny, we had a lot less stress and anxiety knowing that they were doing all the useful negotiating for us.They got the job done , in the time they predicted . We are very glad we used their services .

Matthew was brilliant in that he first asked about why I wanted to move and therefore understood my situation, After listening to him,I now have decided to stay put with the agent that I like and be more patient. He filled me with such knowledge, that I would not have found out myself, to help me come to my conclusion and that the situation with my property is quite normal. Admittedly, I was expecting another another window from a hard sell company and couldn't of been more wrong.

Matthews advice was excellent. We have had a long sale process of our property (ongoing) and I am totally fed up with it. I looked into the prospect of a quick cash sale to bring it to a conclusion. But after talking with Mathew and hearing his sound advice, he made me realise that a cash sale would not be in our interest. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.

Matthew offered a really helpful - and free - review of our lagging sale issues. It was reassuring to have an expert view, and that helped identify a new plan that should take us froward to the offer we need.

We spoke to Matthew after the buyer of our parent's property obtained a worrying survey and dropped out of the sale.
