Super service

I ordered two bottles of Krug champagne from Amazon. My order was accepted and dispatched. Unfortunately for me the seller used by Amazon was Homewood Delights.

DPD courier tracking showed that they had received an order but never received the package from Homewood Delights.

When my champagne failed to turn up on the expected date, I chased Homewood Delights. The phone numbers on their web pages fail to connect…. What a surprise. They took it upon themselves to cancel my order (despite me asking them not to) and issue a refund. No offer of a replacement or a substitute champagne made to me, just a cancelled order.

I now strongly believe that Homewood Delights had no intention of ever shipping the two bottles of Krug 2002 Vintage Champagne. I bought the two bottles for £311 in good faith as advertised on Amazon. Homewood Delights know only too well that this was a really good price. Instead of doing the right thing and honouring my order, they cancelled it. Not very British of of them (in more ways than one) sadly 🇬🇧

Very efficient and the good were delivered well in time in very good condition. The packaging protected the quality of the wines.

Disgusted by the actions of this retailer. Purchased and paid for a limited edition whisky on the Friday. Saturday they increased the price from £430 to £599.95 and they cancelled my order on the Tuesday. Claiming to be fraudulent transaction. Nonsense and they know it, payment was cleared and paid to them. security was processed by my payment company as per anti fraudulent transactions procedures. This is simply a case of them deciding to increase price after sale.

My order arrive on time and all my items where as per my order

This is the second time i have used Homewood and have been very pleased with them. The first order came directly to me and was very well packaged and protected and arrived in good time. The second order was sent to three different individuals and again this all seemed to go very well. Would definitely use again.

I had Homewood Delights sent a gift bottle of champagne for a birthday present. The price for the champagne was the best around and the representative advised me if my order was over 50 pounds, there would be no delivery charge for next day delivery so I added a small bottle of honey to the gift. Even though I didn't ask for the gift to be specially wrapped, it was nicely presented and I was able to include a message on an elegant card. My only niggle was the name on the card was ever-so-slightly mis-spelled but it's a common name and it could have been spelled with two "l"s or one "l." But overall I was very happy with my first-ever purchase from Homewood Delights.
