Brian has provided me with the BEST customer service I've ever received at any company - insurance or any other business. I emailed him many times with questions, and each time his reply was informative, prompt and courteous. That made me feel valued.

My only request to Honeycomb: please increase your allocated capacity for properties located within 75204 zip code.

They respond fast. process was simply.

Jorge was very responsive, the insurance was a reasonable price, and the self-inspection was easy to complete. Overall a great experience.

Be prepared to get what you pay for (or even less). Concept sounds great to give a low price for same coverage but Honeycomb Insurance doesn't follow through with the same service as traditional providers as I have found out personally.

Jorge was great and reviewed my old policy and performed a line to line compare to the new policy. We were able to get everything quickly completed in a tight time scrunch. Highly recommend since everything is so quick.

Honeycomb has been great to work with. Our HOA moved to honeycomb after spending years with another insurance company and paying far too much. They have been easy to work with to find the plan that fits our needs, quick to respond and overall friendly. Ask for Brian!

I was never told that $100 will be taken out after canceling my policy flat. The reason why I canceled before the policy started was because they expected me to take pictures of the property instead of providing an inspector to go out. My current carrier does that. This was disclosed after I paid in full. I have filed a complaint with the department of insurance to rectify this.

Brian has been great to work with throughout the process of getting a quote and patiently answering the many questions that I had. We had a situation where the underwriting department refused to offer us coverage based on the total valuation of the property and Brian worked with them to get us a quote that was significantly less what we are paying now.

the rate was lower then what I was paying . but what do you expect from an online insurance . I cancelled before the policy started and they didn’t give me a full refund .

Easy, convenient, no pressure, money saver.

I am surprised by how easy it was to do the quote and I had a dedicated agent working with me along the way to make sure I had the right policy and answer all of my questions.

I moved to HoneyComb because most insurance companies in Ca was not offering water backup coverage. I think its very important to have it for my home.

Of course, I have not filed a claim so I dont know how that will be but this is for my review on the buying process.

The platform was also super easy for us to make adjustments and evaluate different insurance policy options. Overall, would recommend Honeycomb to anyone looking for commercial insurance!

I bought policy form Honeycomb just because it's cheaper but I am very happy with the service I received after the purchase. I used Geicko to buy various policies and I had to call them and be call and choose right buttons to get to an executive but with Honeycomb I was able to make a bunch of changes like name changes, closing date changes etc though an email. It's amazing that an agent is assigned to you when you buy a policy to take care of all future policy needs. Thanks for all the help.
