This website just want your information to probably sell it. They pretend that they want to give you a quote, so they gather all kind of information regarding the insurance policy from you. At the very end they require you to give your email and phone number and then there pops a website that says for your quote click here, but no matter where you click, they open up a website with another advertisement. All you get is a message saying that an agent will call you. Instead of just giving you the information right there and let you decide in peace (as they imply in the beginning) they have a sales person bothering you and trying to push you a product. They will probably sell your information to other companies as well. And someone from this website will give an answer that wither tries to make them look good, or discredit this review, or both.

I searched for a company to insure my out of state rental property and was not having much look aquireing insurance at an affordable price. Until I came across a Honeycomb website that was easy to work with and I was able to attain the necessary insurance for my property at a fair price.

We are a small HOA who were trying to get coverage for our 3 unit building. We tried the big insurers but either their pricing way really high or it was impossible to get a quote after dozens of emails back and forth. We gave Honeycomb a shot and glad we did. The platform makes it easy to get a quote without being hard sold on a policy. Despite the tech forward approach, they have human support too. Brian was very helpful and had great communication. Would definitely recommend them!

I required a certificate of insurance naming by mortgage company as a loss payee as I kept getting notices from them. At first, I did not get a call back but after I was able to reach the underwriting department, they promptly addressed the issue. I switched to Honeycomb because their policy rates are better than what my standard broker could get. I was concerned Honeycomb would not provide the same level of customer service to address these kinds of issues but they did timely handle this issue for me. Thank you.
