Our washing guidelines are shown on each garment, but generally we advise to wash items on no more than 30 degrees, not to spin on high or tumble dry, but line or hang dry instead.

And so after 1 month of having a hoodie front title “HOODRICH” peeled off .Really dissapointed in quality and for the price this shouldn’t happen.

We advise to turn the product inside out and wash once or twice in a dark wash with similar products to eliminate the majority of the lint, this should work and after a couple of washes this should be better.

A bus was outside New City college to…
A bus was outside New City college to give away some goods. Few people in front of me trying to make up their mind. Unfortunately only one person was giving them away. Took some time. Just before me they said they had to move to the next place. In the mean time some boys were behind me and were given some clothes, apparently for their mother!!! 🤨 Very bad publicity for you unfortunately. It’s a shame the staff were slow and had favourites!

£130 for a tracksuit washed twice at 30…
£130 for a tracksuit washed twice at 30 degrees, hung out to dry and 2 letters peeling off the top. Not what I expected for the money. Followed the washing instructions. Wouldn't advice to buy this product unless you want to waste your money. Worn twice now reads H o rich. Disappointed is an understatement. Edit i contacted Hoodrich as suggested. And they were unable to help with this product because I purchased from JD sports. So my comment stands the manufacturer cannot help via their resellers. Avoid at all costs unless you got money to waste on cheep quality clothing that lasts for 1 wash when following instructions.

EDIT: Hi Sean, yes you would have to take this back to JD Sports as the purchase was from them, and not us directly. We do carry a full stock online with exclusive lines and items not available in JD, so if you ever had an issue with an order from us you could always come back to us for help. In this instance however, JD should pass you back a refund for this issue.
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Two things:
I asked to cancel my order on the same day thay I placed it and got an email back days later that it was too late to stop it. Then I asked for a discount on this order (I forgot to enter my discount code), but instead I got a reply on how to return it. Then I sent serveral emails again asking for the discount but no answer.
On another order that I did return, I did get confirmation that Hoodrich has received it, but I still keep getting reminders from Klarna about the payment for this returned item. And when I email them there is again no reply. Very tiring and frustrating!
The payment issue is solved now but such a shame that things are being done only after a review on trustpilot and not when you email their customer service! That is really not how it should work!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and the delay on this occasion.
We can see that your first order was returned using the UK returns portal, which has unfortunately meant the refund has not processed correctly for you, as you are not in the UK. We have corrected this today, and your refund is processed today, and so you will see this shortly!
We have provided a discount code for you to use on a future order as a goodwill gesture for your second order, and provided the instructions for returning the order which was placed unintentionally, for if you had of decided to return the unworn item for a full refund.

Both my self hubby and child have bought from you. The material is questionable as 4 months after receiving the full track suit.( thank you for that.i love my outfit but the material let me down within a few days I never complain i think the price i payed is too much to pay
Please don't take it i I'm down playing you product. I was disappointed that my son loves your product. I have the biege outfit per my son. Make the material more hard wearing to adults or children.x kids will wear there favourite outfit to show of.let me know if it worth me buying a outfit or coat for my boy,? Hubby, me,daughter and 13 yr would love to keep buying. Everyone loves the tracksuit.x

We do always advise to wash all our jersey tracksuits on no more than 30 degrees, do not spin on high, and do not tumble dry, but line or hang dry. This will preserve any lettering if you have. Please note all our tracksuits are made in high quality factories and all have different specifications, and will behave slightly different, depending on how you wash them.

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the brand. I recently purchased a black Hoodrich tracksuit and hoody with shiny Hoodrich lettering across the front of the hoody .. I bought this from JD at the beginning of Jan 2025 worn and washed once to date at the correct temperature, and 3 of the letters are peeling off already..the bottoms are actually fine just the top.. now I didn’t expect that to happen with this brand as the quality of the fabric is actually very nice ..BUT… the craftsmanship….POOR.. very disappointing.

J'ai fais une commande à 177€ . Sur le lien de traçage du colis il est noté que j'ai reçu le colis de mes propres mains alors que c'est faux je n'étais pas présent ce jour-là chez moi avec preuve s'il le faut !

Me + 7 kiddos love the Hoodrich brand! Sadly, we purchased a TShirt in the Times Square Hoodrich store in October and after a few washes, a wear-tear has appeared in the left sleeve. I’d presumed that Hoodrich would be of much higher quality and I’m saddened to learn that this is not the case.

Ordered to T-shirts from the website was due for delivery on Tuesday via Royal Mail had a time when they were delivering it and ended up with a message sorry we couldn’t deliver your parcel as there wasn’t a door number on the address and ended up getting returned. Emailed out to hoodrich and since then have received no response and I want the products I ordered as I have paid through Klarna
Did an email on the 22nd and still no reply with the missing information. So gone to Klarna to sort the issue

I ordered motif hoodrich hoodie medium…
I ordered motif hoodrich hoodie medium size and boxers but I received a pair of XL motif joggers inside a medium motif hoodie bag and no boxers, and on the website it's telling me when I try to initiate return for wrong item received that I will receive a refund of £55 because I sued a discount code and there's no option for not received for the boxers, I don't want a refund for receiving a pair of joggers instead of the hooded I ordered because the original price of the hoodie is £70 and they say they will only refund me £55 because I used discount, I just want the hoodie I ordered so can I exchange these joggers I received for the hoodie that I was actually meant to receive, order number HR306779,

Hice un pedido el día 18 de enero por 110,54€ y no hay señales de mi pedido.He escrito a esta página pero no he recibido contestación sobre el estado de mi pedido, por eso he buscado información a ver si a alguien más le había pasado😟
Y estoy leyendo que sí.
Por favor hagan lo posible por ayudar a la gente que hemos sido estafadas con estas páginas fraudulentas.

Entendemos totalmente su frustración y lamentamos mucho que estas personas lo hayan estafado. Estamos trabajando duro entre bastidores para eliminar estos sitios falsos/fraudulentos, pero no es tan fácil como creería. Hay muchos problemas al intentar eliminar sitios que pertenecen y son operados por otros dominios que no están bajo nuestro control.
