Disappointed with tshirts
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the T-shirts I’ve purchased from your brand. Given the price point, I expected a much higher standard of quality and durability. Unfortunately, I have purchased several T-shirts from you within the past six months, and I have now found a hole in each of them.

I have emailed but cannot believe it could take this long. Ordered 30/JUNE/2026.
This company responded to the complaint super fast and the money was refunded. It is a shame the product was lost though.

Items are good but cheeky with wording and terms and conditions, expensive delivery but doesn’t include returns or exchanges.
Paid £3.99 for delivery, the item was too big, it’s a minimum of £5 for return and then £3.99 again to repurchase. Not good value for money.

the clothes look nice, but hoodies are thin and shit quality, i’ve had 3 tear in one way or another within 6 months of purchase, they don’t care about the quality so might as well buy replica

I ordered an item and they send me the wrong size after waiting for four days and then they told me to return it back and order again, when i went to their website the same item was not even there. Why would i need to order it again if it’s clearly their fault?? I am not going to buy anything from them in future.

Didn’t receive my order
I didn’t receive my order as it was misdelivered I assume, contacted hoodrich regarding this they said they’ve done their part and didn’t care. I spent over £100 and have received nothing.
Edit to add: Emailed them as per their response, just for them to tell me nothing can be done again. I suppose it does look good for them to be seen to be doing something with reviews, however wasted my time and did not help.

I don’t know why so many complaining about your company I ordered the white long shorts and Hoodrich black hoodie with diamonds I mean everything to a perfection the quality is amazing nice and thick clothes I was very sceptical ordering after looking at the reviews but I can definitely tell you they are proper company my stuff also came with 9days to Ireland.

Shockingly bad quality
Shockingly bad quality. The paints faint, and the whole piece is made to be worn 5 times max. I bought lots of pieces thinking that the quality would be good, since they are quite expensive, but unfortunately I had to throw 300£ into the garbage bin

There is way too much lint and bad quality
There is way too much lint on the inside of the grey hoodie and joggers. Even after 3 washes its still coming off in large lumps and ruins everything you wear underneath. Also the outside of the garments went all borbally after the first wash. Will never buy this brand again

We are sorry to hear of this problem! We do suggest to turn the items inside out and wash once or twice in a wash with similar products to eliminate the majority of the fluff. This should help after a couple of washes.

"I loved the look of this thick hoodie and matching bottoms, as they seemed to be high quality. However, after only two days of wear, the fabric on the entire outfit started to (bubble) before it was even washed. The quality was absolutely awful. After one wash, it looked even worse—like it was over a year old. I have since returned it for a full refund." I wont be supporting the business from now on.

Compramos hace un mes un anorak azul claro, y a los pocos días ha salido en la parte delantera zona pecho una mancha amarilla a los dos lados de la cremallera. Lo he intentado lavar con mucho cuidado y no sé quita. He consultado en la tienda porque supongo que será un defecto de la tela. No sé qué hacer porque es una prenda bastante cara y prácticamente no sé ha podido usar. Intento mandar foto. Qué puedo hacer?? Se la envío a través de la tienda de Trasona en Asturias?? Gracias.

Appalling quality
Bought a baseball style t-shirt for my daughter for an equivalent price to adidas originals or jordan. My daughter loves the design and chose it herself. The quality of the item is shockingly bad, worse than items bought from the cheapest online clothing stores. Worse because the stitching is all over the place using a double over lock stitch only, it's wonky, doesn't match the fabric, has pulls and snags throughout. Also the overlocking machine entirely missed one seam. I'm gob smacked. It will need to be washed in a delicates bag. Inside out on a cool wash to have any hope of surviving a handful of washes.

Hice un pedido en lo que yo pensaba que era Hoodrich España y tras un mes de realizar el seguimiento por la web q ellos me dieron track718 no me ha llegado nada y según ellos está entregado. He escrito al email de la web y ahora veo que la dirección está en Texas
Por las otras opiniones que leo seguramente es un timo.

Avoid at all costs
I ordered a coat on the 21 December 2025 and paid for guaranteed 24 hr DPD delivery. I received no confirmation or tracking information. I contacted them and asked if they could cancel the order as I was concerned due to not receiving any of these details. They replied the next day stating that cancellation was not possible due to it already having been processed. I acknowledged this and asked for them to provide the tracking details. They did not respond. I then received an email on 23 December 2025 to state that my order had been dispatched that day ( even though I should have received it the day before). I emailed them and told them that the item was no longer required as it was time sensitive and that I would be refusing delivery and asked them to refund me in full due to breach of contract. They refused and told me that I would have to pay to send it back. They refunded the delivery fee but not the item. DPD attempted delivery on 24 December and I refused delivery. DPD delivered the coat back to Hoodrich on 30 December 2025 and this is confirmed on the tracking. As of today Hoodrich are still refusing to refund me and they now have their item and my money. I would not recommend them. They believe that they are above the law and I would avoid them at all costs. If only “0” stars were an option.
