Hice un pedido y no me llegó ni un correo de seguimiento, ni de compra de pedido, nada.......me puse en contacto con ellos y sin respuesta ni por correo ni por atención al cliente.....no me ha llegado el pedido, no hay reembolso y no puedes contactar con nadie.
Un fraude.

Tessuto felpa pessimo,lascia peluche interni anche intorno la sedia in classe,importabile e il servizio clienti mi ha risposto che devo rivolgermi al negozio. Per fare cosa? Non è certamente colpa del negozio se il tessuto di una felpa da € 70,00 è pessimo. ( sono anche andata in pulitura e si sono rifiutati di farmela perché butterei doldi inutilmente ) Mai più...purtroppo holetto le altrerecensioni a vostro riguardo relative al tessuto troppo tardi.

I have always liked hoodrich as a brand, which is why I have ordered clothes and accessories several times and I can say that for 80% of the products the quality was satisfactory, not the best but good enough not to complain, but the truth is that with tracksuits, especially after a few wears and a few washes, defects begin to appear such as: the seam comes off or what happens most often is the print starts to fall off, I am not writing this review out of hatred but just so that the hoodrich team can see and possibly improve the quality of the clothes. I appreciate your work and I would like to see older products put back on the site such as og kraze tracksuits in different colors.

So far I have ordered 5 times from HOODRICH. Mostly more accessories than clothing but I want to say that I was satisfied, my first order I got a balaclava a bag and a pair of gloves and after a year of use all the products are in perfect condition. Also last year I ordered a hoodrich scarf and a pair of cargo pants where unfortunately I was disappointed by the quality in that the stitching was starting to come apart instead everything was fine. Yesterday I ordered another pair of gloves and a bag.

Placed my first order but realised I ordered the wrong size the next day & emailed hoodrich customer service requesting to change size & I was on a very tight timeline as my son's birthday was in a few days. Customer service was excellent 5*, they managed to change my order for the correct size & I received my order within 4 days & on time for my son's birthday which was very much appreciated. Will defo order from you again, keep up the great work.

I spent $150 on this jumper I chucked it in the wash at 30 degrees and air dried as that what’s recommended and it came out ripped and the string for the lettering is completely ruined. Even the jumper it self is ripping do not recommend this product at all.

For the money spent on these items. Absolutely destroyed in one wash! Never in my life have I had such poor quality clothing that the print peels off and the material… wow! I have washed clothes that were absolutely covered in mud and came out without one stain! These three items I have purchased for my child, I would not recommend to anyone who appreciates quality for the price! Absolutely disgraceful quality and unacceptable for the price point!

I spent $120 for a Hoodrich tracpant for my son and noticed the inside cotton/fabric material was pilling and small ball of fluff were everywhere in the house. I had to throw it because it was not usable and definitely no going into my washing. I wish I can give zero star. We will stay out of this brand from now.

Hoodrich 5 stars, I recently ordered from hoodrich... I almost didn't think that I would get my orders (was I wrong) 🥴😂😂😂... It's all good though because I finally got what I ordered (in the wrong size) but turns out that the sizes that I ended with fit 🤯🥹. Hoodrich you have a forever customer in me, thank you.

I was out when the delivery man came from Royal Mail, he took picture of the parcel in their hand, in front of the door , not on even on the doorstep . The parcel was no where to be seen when I got home . I have contacted you twice now and have no update , this was a birthday present for my daughter . I explained this to your customer service team and still no update on getting a refund or another tracksuit sent out . Totally ruined my daughter’s birthday present . And I feel no confidence that you are sorting anything out . Order number hr319932 if you can help in anyway please 🙏

Non sono per niente soddisfatta, ho acquistato una maglietta bianca per mio figlio e ho dovuto cambiarla 3 volte perché aveva delle macchioline nere/blu (penso a un difetto di lavorazione), facendo perdere tempo e sprecando benzina. E adesso dovrò cambiare anche il pantaloncino nero appena acquistato per un difetto dei bottoni di estetica dov’è c’è il cordino di legatura uno si è staccato mentre il ragazzo si allacciava il pantaloncino, qualità scadente e prezzi improponibili per la qualità del prodotto. Sconsiglio vivamente questo tipo di Marca per i vari difetti di lavorazione e sopratutto non conforme al costo. Non consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto dei prodotti Hoodrich.

WARNING do not purchase and support this company. I purchased a tracksuit from these cowboys that was too small. Filed a return, printed the documents and organised the courier. Pretty straightforward and standard. But when courier company tried to deliver the returned box, Hoodrich refused to accept the box. They denied refusal but courier company sent me photographic proof of refusal over and over. €182 down the drain. This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted for its shady trading.

Regarding your response below it’s all absolute lies and deflection. I did not provide you with any tracking info…. The warehouse was not closed on any of the 4 attempts made by the courier. You outright refused to accept so as not to refund my purchase.

I ordered a tracksuit from Hoodrich, I haven’t received the item, I’ve emailed them multiple times and haven’t been contacted back about a further steps, and my parcel still haven’t showed up , / yes I have been emailing the right email, HR314757
-as a response to hoodrich , they’ve responded to my query and resolved it. I’ve ordered another tracksuit, and it has arrived.. great quality, it was nice shopping with u guys , will deffo shop again,hoping there will be no further issues going forward. Thanks

i thought it was a rich hood because hood-RICH you get me but no i went to the rich hood asking for money but they werent very happy and i felt like bonnie blue for the next hour i can never go back on that now

Hoodie voor mijn zoon gekocht, naar het wassen in 30 graden alle witte en rode letters grijs geworden, hoodie minimaal 2 matten kleiner geworden . Echt heel slechte kwaliteit.

Very bad quality, I brought a pair of hoodrich track pants not to long ago and the sowing is ready falling off.. I would like a full refund😡

I love Hoodrich so much. I order frequently from JD sport uk(I'm from Malta). I love the material and I start ordering for me as well. Till now I'm always happy with the purchase and delivery too.

The excessive lint on the inside of hoodie and joggers is unbelievable ruins anything that is worn underneath
