Ho una sola mail del giorno 10 settembre con la conferma del pagamento e un link di tracciamento che non funziona. Ho cercato più volte di contattare tramite il modulo del sito hoodrichitaly.com e non risponde nessuno. Non ci sono contatti telefonici. Hoodrich is by far the worst company Iâve ever dealt with. After my package was delivered to an unsafe locationâdespite me giving clear instructionsâHoodrichâs customer service completely failed to help. I left a 1-star review because they donât allow you to give zero stars, but even that feels too generous.
After their standard, fake public response of âplease contact customer service for assistance,â I did exactly that, providing all the details. What did I get in return? Absolutely nothing! They love to act concerned when itâs public, but behind the scenes, they couldnât care less. Their entire customer service team is a joke, designed only to give the illusion of care.
This company is a complete scam. They take your money, and if anything goes wrong, youâre left on your own. No refund, no accountability, no help whatsoever. Hoodrich is all about protecting their image while they do absolutely nothing to support their customers.
If youâre considering buying from them, think again. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Hoodrich like the plague. They donât care about you or your orderâonly their fake, polished reputation.

Da hoodrich Italia ho effettuato lâordine Numero: PTYF6800733856 in data 10 agosto 2024 dal costo di 110⬠circa e dopo più di 26 giorni lavorativi senza alcuna notizia di dove si trovasse il pacco e a che punto fosse, sul sito 17TRACK per il monitoraggio spedizione mi viene detto che il pacco mi Ú stato consegnato in data 07/09/2024 ma io non ho ricevuto nessun pacco e non sono nemmeno stato contattato su nessuno dei recapiti telefonici o e-mail che avevo inserito nelle note del pagamento, sono stato truffato e perlopiù su un ordine di oltre 110⬠di costo, nonostante le numerose e-mail inviate alla sezione assistenza e ad âemmaforuserhelpâ (email per lâassistenza) non ho mai ricevuto nessun aiuto.

My sons Hoodrich Goal Overhead Hoodie Junior fell apart under the logo at the front after a few months. Its like the heavy plastic logo on the material shrunk even though I do all my washes on 30 degreess and the material just disintergrated and ripped to pieces under the logo. Quality is appalling and we have bought at least 5 hoodies over the last 2 years and this one is just rubbish.
