Bought a hoodrich hoodie from jd sports for my sons birthday. washed on a cold setting on its own and 2 of the letters have come off. This is the first wash and I paid £80 for this hooded jumper. My son is devastated. Don't waste your money

Bought a hoodie online direct from Hoodrich.

Never arrived.

I have emailed 3 times and got no response.

Shambles

Emailed 4 times now and still no reply, to be told on trust pilot to email again, hiw many times do i have to email?

Shocking customer services.

Go a non helpful email, saying its been delivered. No signature etc to a works address.

Totally unhelpful and not true.

Do not order from them ever rip off city

Anche noi siamo stati truffati dal sito Hoodrich Italy. Mi complimento con Hoodrich che dopo svariate segnalazioni di altri acquirenti e denunce varie abbiamo lasciato in essere questo sito. Il loro sito ufficiale si presenta successivo a quello clone. Complimenti Hoodrich. Sé questa è l’attenzione vs la vs clientela,una domanda mi nasce. Ps grazie per la non risposta. Il sito clone aperto da oltre un anno e la vs policy aziendale permette di usare il vs marchio su un sito clone senza alcun intervento da parte vs? I più sentiti e vivi complimenti.

I’ve made an order from Italy, and I’ve received it yesterday, and everything seemed to be fine until I saw that an item that I bought wasn’t right. So, I want to return the item as soon as possible.
I’ve tried to make the procedure but when I write down my ID Order with my email address, it says that the order number can’t be found in your database. I have the same issue even if I try to write down the other number that is written in the document that is included in the parcel.
I’m confused because it’s not possible something like that.
I also tried to contact your customer service team but I still haven’t received any response back. Also, I texted you on your both instagram pages, but even then I didn’t get any reply from you. Please give us the right support, as your clients deserve. It’s a metter of principle and respect towards your clients.
Can you help me with this issue as quickly as possible, please? So as to allow me to return my order as soon as possible?

Ho acquistato anche io il 05-10 e ad oggi non è arrivato nulla! La spedizione risulta sempre in transit non c’è numero di telefono e ho mandato già varie mail senza mai avere risposta.
Fate qualcosa al più presto per oscurare questo sito truffa per favore! È il primo che esce digitando il nome della vs azienda è troppo facile sbagliare!

Vergonzoso.Muy mala atención. Después de comprar un chándal de más de 120€ cuando le dan el regalo a mi hijo y se lo prueba está roto y dicen que no aceptan el cambio. Lamentable en una marca de calidad. Peor que si se comprase en un mercadillo. Voy a tener que hacerle un remiendo a una prenda recién comprada, con la etiqueta puesta y sin un solo uso de más de 120€. Vergonzoso.

barbaridad de marca, la mejor calidad de diseño y de tejido que he visto.

Chándal muy caro y de muy mala calidad.
Compré un chándal, pantalón 70€ y sudadera 90€ (casi nada). Después de 4 lavados, incluso lavándolo sólo, suelta mucha pelusa en el interior, como si fuera algodón, demasiado, hasta el punto de darle una reacción al niño y tenerlo que llevar a urgencias, le tuvieron que pinchar urbason y un tratamiento durante una semana. Me parece vergonzoso que una marca tan cara tenga esa calidad. Me gustaría que me hicieran un reembolso.

è arrivata in tempo, puntuali, unica cosa che vorrei dire è che l’email che arrivava per la spedizione non mi dava piu notizie sul pacco( mi diceva spedito da quando lho ordinato) ma oltre ciò tutto perfetto. Ho scritto anche una mail e mi hanno risposto, molto gentili ❤️❤️

Bought a Hoodrich hoodie from JD Sports and the lettering is peeling off the sweater (wore once). Emailed and they said I had to contact the store. Called the store and because it’s just over 30 days they won’t take it back. Absolute garbage do not purchase this brand.

Did not receive my order and no one is replying back to my email!

Sehr schlechte Qualität, habe meinem Sohn T- Shirt gekauft in nur kurzer Zeit haben sie Löcher für diesen Preis sollte das aber nicht sein. Da kaufen wir sicher nicht mehr ein

Mi è successa la stessa cosa segnalata da Irina Irina il 08/10/2024. Ho acquistato una felpa in data 13/09/2024 dal sito hoodrichitaly.com è arrivata la mail di conferma pagamento, poi il 21/09/2024 una mail con un numero di tracciamento ordine che ad oggi non è mai stato trovato. Alla data odierna il pacco non è mai arrivato. Presumo di aver perso i soldi....

Opinia dotyczy Hoodrich Polska: zrobiłam tam zamówienie 22.09.2024r i do dziś (22.10) go nie otrzymałam. Kontaktowałam się trzy razy z fimą za pomocą formularza kontaktowego- nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi.
A reklamują, ze wysyłaja towar nawet w 24h.... jakaś ściema...

Hoodrich are thieves! Returned so ill fitting items worth £350 with proof from evri that yeh items had been returned and a picture! Hoodrich refused to refund me and denied receiving the clothing! Never buying from them again! Don’t waste your money customer services don’t monitor refund emails at all, there’s no telephone number to reach anyone either

Acquisto felpa invernale il 29 agosto. Colore bianco. Ovviamente mio figlio l'ha indossata solo questa settimana viste le temperature. Ogni volta che la indossa compaiono delle macchie verdi...probabilmente con il calore del corpo si attivano delle magagne del tessuto. All'inizio pensavo l'avesse sporcata ma non era così. La felpa lavata è immacolata dopo poche ore che viene indossata produce delle macchie verdi!!! 80 euro di felpa!! E il cambio vale solo dopo 28 giorni. Acquisto fatto online tramite negozio JD di Elnos Brescia. Mai più!
