Designed to make money, nothing else. Because of Obamacare (I refuse to call it ACA because it isn't) we are forced to pay for this insurance through our employer. Wondering why there is no deductible for medical services. Read the fine print. Their maximum annual payout is $2500. We are paying $280/month, approx. $3360/year for this. That means, no matter what, the company is making at least $860 just from us. Hoorayhealth needs to be shutdown!

This some bullshit insurance why I m I paying for insurance I can t use this insurance for a normal check up from my primary care doctor

False advertising/confusing sign up - Flyer presented during employer enrollment did not explicitly state NOT MAJOR MEDICAL as required by law; web site links leading to 404's and being flagged as fraud by my webguard. Enrolled me in an insurance plan for 147.00/wk that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR OR GIVE AUTHORIZATION. Zero communication from the company after enrollment. No follow up emails, no nothing explaining when my insurance cards would arrive or how to access my healthcare information. Hooray Health portal leads to Metlife who holds the policies which has customer service that is the biggest joke on the planet. HOW ARE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO OPERATE LIKE THIS IN AMERICA???

This is the worst insurance I've ever had. First off no one has ever heard of it and secondly no one accepts it or even k own what it is. My Physical Therapy appointments were not covered. Why am I paying so much for an insurance that doesn't cover anything. When I went to the hospital they never even heard of it. I'm not thrilled with this. Even my primary hadnt heard of it. Luckily they accepted it. However,Give me Independent Health or Blue Cross any day. I know what I get with them.
