I can highly recommend Hooray and their assistance in helping us move to a new health insurance has been invaluable. Rikki understood the needs of our business and ensured that our new product was suitable for us, not just in terms of cost but that it met our needs overall. I speak with Hooray Health & Protection on a regular basis and they are always very friendly and knowledgable.

I work as a account manager that deals with Hooray on a daily basis. The guys at hooray are always pleasant, friendly and most of all easily contactable. They put the customer first with their insurance needs

They go out of their way to make sure you're on the right plan(s), providing a breakdown of what the different insurers are offering in the process. Advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable.

So firstly they tried to promote a scheme to a largely Scottish staffed company with the salesman seemingly knowing little to nothing about the Scottish NHS including that this scheme meant we would pay for prescriptions through them that are free here. There were very few doctors using the scheme here (ARI Aberdeen) which made it useless for me specifically. They also did not reply to a GDPR SAR within the legal deadline for these things but have now done so.

Hooray provided a market report for our company (management consultancy) which included quotes from all the big 7 health insurers. Charlie was great, helped us to switch insurers with a total of 35% savings (against our renewal price). The whole process of switching of insurers was brilliant – they handled the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend any companies out there to use Hooray Insurance.
