Said 24-7 help but after a number of times trying to book in had to change password, won't accept any of the new passwords it's given me. Sent me a list of dates over Dec that I won't be able to get help ... So I'm unable to book the last lesson available...not user friendly especially if you're not great with modern technology.

I am still using the service but most of my clients have a hard time using it amd end up just askognto scheduel.through us. I'm going to keep trying. I really need an easy way to put a link on my website. I'm sure that would help.

Hopoti made keeping track of lessons and events so easy. We love that the client can go in and do their own scheduling and payments no matter what time of day! Any time we need help, someone reaches out and takes care of our issue promptly. Keeping track of horse care is a snap.

Totally unsafe shows way too much personal information . I don’t want people knowing where I will be at certain times .

Could be more user friendly. Whenever I pay, I never see the postcode box, then I get a message saying I need to complete my postcode. I look and I look and I look and I can't see it. Most websites take you back to the box you have missed and highlight it for you. I would like hopoti to do this. It would really help. And where it says 1 day 3 days 1 week, 1 month, it should say 'next 3 days, next week, next month' etc as that would be clearer as to what a week and a month etc actually mean.

Hopoti has changed our lives for the better in so many ways! We used to keep a 3 ring binder for all our lessons and horse use...that is now all handled electronically right from our IPad. It's amazing, Hopoti makes it easy for our 6 instructors to assign horses directly from there cell phones. With just a click of a button I can print out the daily schedule. With 35 horses and over 100 riders Hopoti has been a lifesaver. No more answering texts for hours a day! And that's just part of what Hopoti can do! Horse use, horse care; farrier, dentist, vaccines, etc. All kept on Hopoti! I've been hoping an all around Stable Management software would come out, and Hopoti did it!

Great customer service, both from the admin end and my clients are all saying how great the service has been for them too.
The help with setting up our site was fantastic- everything was explained clearly and there was plenty of back up support too. No question was too much trouble for the team to offer help with!
Using Hopoti has saved me lots of time sending endless messages back and forth to make bookings. I can now direct clients to their account to check their own lesson times, and rides that went unpaid for or payments that had to be chased are a thing of the past!
My clients find the system very user friendly too.

My only complaint with Hopoti is that I can't use it to organize my whole life!
Hopoti has revolutionized my therapeutic/lesson business. My involvement in the scheduling, billing, and rescheduling process is so minimal now that it has renewed my energy for my work.
Most of us did not get into the equine industries to sit behind a computer or on the phone. Hopoti gives you back your time to do what you love.
Never want to run my business without Hopoti again!

We started our journey with hopoti in september of last year. Of course we were cautious of how it would all work, how our clients would feel about it etc. After the first meeting our minds were totally at easy and we knew that this was the way forward ! It is a site designed for equestrians by equestrians and it really shows. So much thought has gone into all the options available. The customer service is second to none.
As a small family run riding school, we faced the usual challenges, trying to fill lessons, no shows, long hours on the phone leaving less time for doing what we love most, enjoying our horses.
In the 3 months that we have been up and running on the site our business has increased by 70%. It is easier and faster to make bookings, allowing our clients much more choice and options for lessons, camps, arena hire, private lessons etc. As our terms are booked in advance there are no longer no shows / empty spaces and no more long waiting lists.
We no longer have to spend hours planning the yard book and horse care as everything is at the click of a button and very straigh forward to use.
Our clients love the new system and getting to heart their favorite ponies and horses is a huge hit. They also love the assigned horses feature. Lessons and camps can be booked at any time so we dont worry about missed opportunities anymore.
Our business is thriving, our clients are happy and we have so much more free time to do all those other jobs that get pushed to the side.
Hopoti has been one of the best decisions we have made and we would highly recommend to any equestrian business big or small.

We started with Hopoti in January 2022 and are really seeing the benefits. For starters the ability to use the system remotely to manage the business is hugely beneficial. No matter where we are we can instantly see if we have spaces to accept new bookings and deal with queries promptly.
Hopoti has meant we are able to schedule our entire year (or even further) in advance and then share calendars of what's available so that our customers can manage their own bookings. It gives us clarity of how valuable each horse, instructor and activity are to the business and helps us make better decisions going forward. The key thing to note though is that our revenue is up and our admin has reduced.
There are still things to be improved upon but the team in Hopoti are excellent. Their tech support and how they take on feedback makes us confident that we will be going from strength to strength in the future as a partnership.
