horrible experience they charge me…

horrible experience they charge me subscription without permit and they charge after 3 months others 3 bottles . I never ask for 3 more I have to cancel my card this situation is unacceptable the last issue was April 9th 2026

We want to clarify that subscriptions are not activated without customer selection. Both one-time purchase and subscription options are clearly presented at checkout, and the selected option is shown before completing the order as well as in the confirmation email.

For subscription orders, shipments are scheduled based on the selected supply (for example, every 90 days for a 3-month supply). Reminder emails are sent prior to each renewal, including a direct self-cancellation link so customers can make changes or cancel before the next charge.

If a charge occurred, it is typically because the renewal had already processed before cancellation was completed. We understand how this can feel unexpected, and we’re here to help review your case.

This company is nothing but an absolute…

This company is nothing but an absolute SCAM and FRAUD!!!! The product does not work! And even after you try to cancel, they don't let you. They throw policies in your face which contradict what they initially say. Their policies allow you to cancel with a fee, they don't tell you that in the beginning, nor do they say they will continuously charge you full price every shipment you don't even want. Dave supposedly canceled my subscription, but obviously he didn't and yet again I am out another payment. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

We also want to clarify that we do not charge cancellation fees. If a charge occurred after a cancellation request, it is typically due to the timing of the request relative to the renewal process. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be stopped, and cancellation applies to future shipments.

All terms, including renewal timing and pricing structure, are outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and reminder emails are sent prior to rebilling with a direct self-cancellation link.

Theft

This is a subscription which of course, is very unclear at the time of purchase. Close to the time of renewal they send a bunch of easy to miss ads which they claim to be notice of renewal. Then they renew the subscription and take your money without consent. They refuse to accommodate any requests for cancellation after that. Its a good product but good products can be found anywhere - the company is sneaky and dishonest.

Menopause WHO…?

I started my Hormify journey at the beginning of March and within a week I noticed I was more focused and less snacky. The following week my sugar craving seemed crushed and I had less fog and by week 4 I didn’t feel as swollen/bloated and lost 9lbs. I am starting week 6 and I am still dropping weight, have more energy and have recommended it to a few family and friends.

Beware!

I went on the Hormify website and looked at the product. I clicked to purchase a 3 month supply and thats when the ad on supplements started on every page thereafter. With this i was done looking as with a website that tries to sell more products..different products I see a red flag. I hit the back button and got out of the website. 12 hours later I see not 1..but 3 charges to my Discover account $104. 97, $50.97, and $74.97.
I contacted Hormify, but they say the order has left their warehouse and I'd have to receive the product and read how to return it. It will be shipped back unopened...RETURN TO SENDER will be written on the package and Discover will remedy this malicious, Fake order I did not order.
Beware of this company!

However, we would like to clarify a few important details. The additional supplement pages you mentioned are part of our one-time post-purchase offers, which are only shown after an initial order has already been successfully placed. This means that before seeing those pages, the checkout process had already been completed — including selecting your plan (one-time purchase or subscription, 1–6 month supply), entering your delivery details, and confirming payment.

These offers are optional and clearly presented with the choice to accept or decline. Customers can simply select “No, thank you” to skip them. If additional charges appeared, this indicates that the items were selected and added rather than declined.

If the page was exited without completing a selection, the system may finalize the previously selected offer once the session expires, which can result in additional items being included in the order.

Regarding shipping, as our support team explained, once an order has left the warehouse, it cannot be stopped in transit. Returning the package unopened with “Return to Sender” is the correct approach, and once received, the return can be processed according to our policy.

We take claims of unauthorized orders seriously and are confident that all orders require active input and confirmation. We recommend continuing to work with our support team and your payment provider to review the full transaction details.

Hormify gave me Vertigo for more than a week. I threw away the first tree containers and I just received another shipment. Be aware that it’s a subscription, I didn’t know that.
Also they wouldn’t take the product back.
Free returns advertising is a scam.
Do not order from them. The product made me very sick.

Regarding subscriptions, any recurring option must be selected at checkout, and this is shown before completing the order as well as in the confirmation email. Reminder emails are also sent prior to renewal, including a self-cancellation link.

We also want to note that if three containers were received and not used, this represents approximately a three-month supply. During that time, customers can reach out at any point to report issues or request cancellation, and we would have been able to stop any future shipments to prevent additional charges.
