Regarding your order, it was placed close to half a year prior to your first contact with our support team regarding any such issues. At that time, the product had already been used well beyond the return window, and the request was made for opened products outside of the stated policy timeframe. Our return policy is clearly outlined during purchase and applies consistently to all customers.

We also want to note that this was the first time any concerns about side effects were raised, long after the purchase date. If issues arise, we always encourage customers to contact us promptly so we can assist appropriately.

If a cancellation request is sent, it must be completed before the renewal is processed. If a charge occurs after, it is typically because the next order had already been generated, and the cancellation then applies to future shipments rather than the one already processed.

We do not ignore customer requests, and we do not charge customers arbitrarily. All billing timelines, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and reminder emails are sent prior to rebilling with a direct self-cancellation link.
