The hosts were incredibly helpful and kept in touch with us the whole time. Very pleasant stay, comfortable bed, good bathroom and kitchen facilities and lots of nice little touches. It was in a location that made getting into town easy. Very near transport and also nice pubs.

Staff excellent ,friendly and helpful Our room was very clean but basic No chair to sit on Shower and toilet also very clean The public areas looked fresh but needed,some TLC I think it's a work in progress For the price we paid we can't complain Breakfast again was good and the gentleman serving was friendly and efficient The grounds were very well kept My only major complaint was the lift The light fli kered on and off whilst travelling up or down I hate lifts and the dark so this wasn't a great combination for me I'm sure this,will be sorted ASAP All in all I would say we would book a return visit when we travel up there again

We had a great stay in the beautiful caravan. It was spacious and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. Plenty of room round the table and chairs and the settees were comfortable. The only down side was the double mattress we found it uncomfortable but we appreciate different people like different mattresses. It was easy to book and this is the second time we have been to this site because the location is brilliant only minutes to get to morecambe front.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and bathroom were clean.

The kitchen was generally well equipped, although it would have been useful to have a frying pan, and unfortunately the kettle wasn’t working.

A big plus is the bathroom, especially the walk-in shower and the excellent water pressure. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk from the town centre which made it very convenient for sightseeing.

We had no problems with parking as we parked on the street. There is also parking at the back of the property, although the space is quite tight and probably best suited to very confident drivers (after parking between the two walls, you might feel like the only way out is through the boot).

The apartment could definitely benefit from some renovation and refreshing, but this wasn’t a major issue for us. We’re not particularly demanding guests, and as we came mainly to explore the area, we spent most of our time out and about anyway.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily consider staying here again.

Wonderful little cottage in a perfect location for the Cheviots and the coast.

We recently stay at Wooler Caravan Park in 421, our first caravan holiday in years. Our grown up children and their children also rented caravans/camping spot to allow us to spend family time together. Very pleased with our choice, the caravan was very clean, comfortable and warm, we also had a very generous welcome pack of treats/goodies. Would not hesitate to reccomend van 421. The Park is exceptionally clean and tidy, with several modern playground areas. Also lots of wildlife around the gardens. We used Booking.com and found it very straight forward
One of our sons stayed on the campsite and found the pitchand hook up good, his only criticism being the dirty washrooms/toilet area early Sundaymorning( dirty from vomit/waste etc presumably fellow campers?) I pity the staff having to face such mess as they work very hard to keep everything lovely.
We had a brilliant meal in the local Distillery Building, beautiful building, fabulous food and staff. There is also a very nice Cafe/icecream Bar nearby. The pub houses a popular swimming pool & childrens entertainment etc with lots outdoor seating too which can get busy. We had a drink there but we didnt eat there.

Nice large apartment with onsite parking. Kitchen had everthing needed for our stay. Beds were very comfotable and clean whole apartment clean and tidy. Xbox mentioned but not available board games had no dice (bring your own games). But everthing else was great I will stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, great location

A real "home from home" with everything you need in a superb location.
Parking for one car but plenty of free parking in the area for a second car.
Good communications from the owners.

Very well kept apartment, central to a host of activities. Access and parking straightforward. Too many texts and emails on noise and returning keys and parking permit.

Stayed for 1 night. The location of the property was amazing which was probably the only plus point. The hotel itself is outdated and in drastic need of modernising. The loft to the room had no light in it all the hallways had stains marks or damage. Cigarette buts in the entrance way. The room we stayed in also was outdated stains on walls and curtains hairs on the bed furniture marked or damaged. The window would not close so in the night its kept blowing open making the room cold and also not getting a good sleep. Mentioned this to the owner downstairs to which he didn’t seem surprised.

Fantastic accommodation and in a convenient location for my visit. Perfect for pets as well with private rear garden and very spacious downstairs. Excellent throughout, thank you ☺️
