Beautiful barn conversion had everything we needed. Check in was effortless will definitely book again!

Brill lovely weekend would recommend

The apartment was in Central Liverpool. Clear access instructions, good communication from Host and Stay and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed.
A couple of things that might be worth considering if you choose to stay here:
There is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep to negotiate with a suitcase.
Because it's centrally located, which is great, it is also in amongst the nightlife. There was a nightclub opposite which was open until 4am, and because it's an old and possibly listed building there is no double glazing, so you hear everything!
Those things can't be helped though but are worth mentioning.
Overall a good couple of nights in a vibrant city.

Absolutely perfect.
In the best location with lovely view from the balcony.
Would recommended-clean room , lovely decoration and has everything you need.
We will be back.

Never judge a book by its cover. Saltburn House Hotel is a bit shabby from outside. The masonry needs a lick of paint. The gardens are well kept and the room was adequate. Slightly annoying was that the bedside light switch was out of reach when in bed. The carpets throughout were in "as new" condition. The huge plus was the friendliness of the clients and staff. I was made to feel very welcome as a solo traveller. I only managed to have one breakfast and the "full english" was very good.

Lovely property- very well furnished and spotlessly clean. Well placed for Durham - 10 minute drive/taxi. Two good pubs in village. Would definitely stay there again

Property seemingly not cleaned prior to arrival. Used towels in the shower cubicle, no toilet paper, stains on bedding and a used condom wrapper on the floor of my daughter’s bedroom.
No response from hosts and no action taken following subsequent complaint. Repeatedly chased for an update prior to leaving a review to allow the hosts to respond, but I have received nothing but stalling emails. Really disappointing.

Fabulous cottage in a great quiet location. York is only 15 minutes away so this was great. The cottage is very spacious with everything you could need. We had a great time so would definitely return to this cottage.

Lovely spacious property in the heart of Bamburgh.

The apartment was very clean, well presented and right in the centre of Saltburn, close to all amenities. On ground floor with just a couple of steps with perfect handrails at front. Everything we needed was there. The TV and WiFi were excellent. Plenty of clothes hanging space. Arrival instructions excellent.
I think you could make it clearer in the property amenities description that WiFi is provided as it is good!
Parking in the street an issue in summer. Spaces do appear about 9am and 2pm but you have to rush! There is good safe parking off-road at the back, however it is a tight 90degree bend in narrow alleys to get in/out. Big cars better off finding space further away until space in street available? Many people in this street seen unloading whilst double parked and then driving off to find space elsewhere until later.
All info in digital online guide except we couldn't find info about recycling?
Overall good apartment and we would stay here again!

Might be worth mentioning that the parking space is VERY tight!
The property was good but could definitely benefit from some tlc, a lick of paint & a deep clean.
The bathrooms could do with towel rails as there is nowhere to hang your damp towels.
The middle floor bathroom needs a grab rail over the bath, unfortunately one of our guests slipped and fell getting out of the shower, there was nothing to hold on to 😢
We had a good stay and enjoyed Whitby regardless.

Excellent property to stay in. A few minor niggles were shared and dealt with by the owner . Certainly stay again.

Small comment to the host company … do we need so many emails and messages i counted more than ten?

A lovely cottage, very clean & well equipped, comfy bed & pillows, modern shower room, a beautiful fireplace in the lounge, good size kitchen with everything you might need & more besides - except wine glasses - there was none ! The cottage is a solid stone building so no noise from adjoining cottages, it was warm in the evenings as the sun shone in all day. Two large smart tv's as well. The cottage is on a very narrow single track road with no passing places , be aware! The cottage is ideally placed for visiting the area, 5 mins from Bamburgh,10 mins to Seahouses, 20 mins to Alnwick, 20 mins to the causeway to Lindisfarne. Personally, I loved this little cottage, I could live there, beautiful place. I booked through Bookings. Com.Host & Stay gave us everything we needed, answered messages promptly & dealt efficiently throughout but check out the small print for additional charges for cleaning & insurance as it came as a suprise to me & it bumped up the price of the 4 day break. Highly recommended

We would definitely stay again amble is a lovely village. The Outlook from the apartment is amazing .a marina view the sea as far as you can see all the rooms had everything you could want it would be lovely any time of year.

Lovely little place for a weekend stay. Good communication from the host who answered my many questions and in a timely way. The cottage was clean and tidy and had the essentials that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds comfortable. Unfortunatley we didn't get to spend much time relaxing there as we were out! The cottage was a perfect location for the ultra marathon event I was attending and was pretty much on the course. There was room for 1 medium car and another slightly bigger one with some careful parking so as not to cause obstruction. Overall a lovely stay.

5⭐️ apartment, attention to detail spot on , perfect location

Door to apartment was difficult to lock and unlock, advertised as stairs to apartment but not the number and it being on the top floor. Would be no use to anyone with mobility issues.
Host advised scaffolding up at property but weren't aware work was taking place outside our rooms.
Fantastic view from rear bedroom and comfortable bed.
In need of a deep clean, furniture, bathroom in particular.
