Excellent customer service. 10/10

Swift in response and attended to me fully. They help me solved all challenges I was having with my website code and help me rectify its error. Will recommend them always.

For me I'll say Hostbeak is one of the best Nigerian hosting company I've experienced so far. Their server is fast and reliable and they also have a great support team. Finding your way out through their Client Area and Cpanel is very straightforward.

So far. Their service has been really good and their customer service respond and help resolve issues on time.

I pray they keep it up.

They have very very bad customers service. Before it was good but now it's very bad. I won't advise anyone to host their website in hostbeak.com

Hostbeak customer support is at it's peak. Instant response to the pressing problem

To start with, the free SSL is great. Then, the client support is good, though I'm hopeful they'd do better. Their rates are fair enough, the additional packages to their domain name purchase is great too.
