My experience with HosterDaddy's support and refund process was extremely disappointing.

I requested a refund due to persistent service issues, including unstable network performance and upload speeds that made the VPS unsuitable for my workload. Support initially stated that a refund would be processed if the issue could not be resolved within the specified period. After waiting and following all requested troubleshooting steps, I was informed that the refund had been initiated.

However, instead of receiving the refund to my original payment method, the amount was added as account credit. At the time of my purchase and refund request, I could not find any clause in the published refund policy stating that UPI refunds would be issued only as account credits. When I raised this concern, I repeatedly requested clarification and asked support to point me to the specific policy section that applied to my case.

Rather than addressing the issue directly, I received generic responses, long delays, and repeated statements that the refund had already been credited to my account. My ticket remained unresolved for over a month despite multiple follow-ups. Requests for escalation and a proper review of the policy in effect at the time of purchase were ignored.

The most frustrating part was not the refund itself, but the lack of transparency and meaningful communication. Customers deserve clear refund terms, timely responses, and case-specific answers instead of repeated template replies.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider if responsive support and transparent refund handling are important to you.

the service is scam , do not buy it !

This VPS vendor has a very bad reputation and is very irresponsible to users. They never respond to your tickets and online inquiries. I promoted their VPS on btc-vps.com before, but they never gave me my commission.

Utilizing their KVM Windows VPS service has proven to be an unmitigated disaster. Over the span of two years, we've been plagued by incessant issues with this woefully inept company, which seems to operate with a skeleton crew incapable of providing any meaningful assistance. Our static IP has been shuffled around not once, but twice, with ludicrously short notice given for us to migrate our entire setup, all while they peddle empty assurances. Hosterdaddy's abysmal performance has inflicted irreparable damage on our business. Spare yourself the agony and steer clear of their services. We've already been ensnared in their web of incompetence; don't make the same mistake.

My vps couldn't start after few hours asking the support to do something they finally fix it but since, it's unusable it lag so much, you can start any command without waiting 5 min or being disconnect!

Update: After all day asking support to fix it they finally resolve the problems

This host, in addition to being fast and efficient, offers a lot of customer support, doing things that no other host provider can do, with very good support almost 24H

Little hard setting it up, but Jona was helpful and did the job anyway. Thanks a lot

Been with them for nearly a year and have had 0 issues much better then the other hosting company's out there.

ddos protection can be bad sometimes. that can be improved.

They are liars never buy products on this site as they have written on their site that they give 30 days money back while they lied to me and told me that they only offer 7 days. Now they have canceled my product and have not returned my money. SCAMMERS

I am using their service from very long time and the up-time of my service is very good. I never face any down time from last 6 years. Keep it up.
