their customer support team reply to every query and also call support is available. My page speed was higher than many other sites, server up time was very satisfactory.

I want to share my personal experience about the hostersdaddy, most important thing is they don't waste time of their client. Give effective customer services and price are reasonable, Provides innovative ideas for updations. I am using Hostersdaddy since last 4 years. Right now I had 2 domain registered with them i.e dhankalyansociety.com kalyaninsurance.com . Customer service of hostersdaddy is very cooperative and give a good support if you need. Also they suggest you whatever you want to know and to do with hostersdaddy.

I bought a product I waited 2 days and still pending. I chargebacked and I got a response because they want money saying remove the chargeback, and I did. after 3 hours, they suspended the product for 'unpaid'.

Great service, very cheap and they even connect on TeamViewer when there is an issue. I've been with them for years and no complaints so far as everything gets fixed. The only thing is sometimes there isn't a support staff available but my guess it depends on the timezone, but 9/10 there is a support agent.
