They make the cutest shoesâŠ
We purchased a pair of shoes that were adorable, it had a little clip on it, that little clip was broken I would give it a five-star but I had to banter with the customer service rep about this little clip. I won't go into details but it was energy I would have preferred not to waste. In the end they made it all right- by sending me another complete set of shoes. I would have been happy with the replacement of the little clip but it was very generous of them to to send us another pair of shoes.

I love love love my hot chocolate shoes! So far my experience has been delightful. Even customer service has been quick and prompt to reply to my inquiries. My partner bought a pair of shoes but didn't like them so he returned them with no issue. Even shipping was relatively fast.

Great that was hard to find
I kept seeing this design show up on my Facebook feed but could not actually find the shoe on the website. Finally it showed up and so I had to purchase it. The shoes are great and comfortable but within 2 hours of wearing them, the cute book on the clip fell off. Luckily I found it immediately and I'm going to see how I can repair it. I do think it should have lasted more than 2 hours though.
