Neil produced an amazing video of the house and within hours of posting I had an offer. Neil negotiated and the sale went ahead. I am very dissapointed. Bad customer service. Want to buy a property. Treated very bad. I was Not listen too. Accussed of false acqusation by Vendor.

I have purchased multiple properties through housefox and sold through them too and have always had impeccable service. The team are always on hand to answer any questions I had and we’re constantly keeping me updated with information. Couldn’t have asked for more from them!

Honestly, I was dreading the whole process but Housefox made it so much easier than I expected. From day one they were just really helpful and down to earth - none of that pushy sales stuff you get with some agents.
What really impressed me was how quickly they responded to everything. I'd send an email and get a reply within the hour most of the time. They kept me in the loop constantly which really helped with the stress levels! The team clearly knows the local area inside out and gave me honest advice about pricing and timing, which I realy appreciated.
They handled all the viewings professionally and the feedback was always detailed and useful. When we got to the negotiation stage, they worked really hard to get me the best deal possible while keeping everythign moving along nicely. Even helped chase up solicitors when things were moving slowly - absolute lifesavers!
The whole team was freindly and approachable throughout. Special mention to whoever handles their photography - the photos of my property looked amazing and definitely helped attract more viewings.
Can't reccommend Housefox enough. If you want agents who actually care and will go the extra mile without making a big fuss about it, these are your people. Already told my nieghbor about them and will definitely use them again if needed

All problems started from beginning. Even got me to the point when have no choice but to write official complaint or cancel them services.
Wanted to thank a Josh.B from Weston super mare branch for scaring away potential buyer after one month off progress off purchase,this person form the beginning could not pass correct information i provided on them form they give me to fill which was ignored completely and Agency did what they wanted in resulting stressful start. After I complained they corrected the information, however not for long as thy changed it back despite knowing that it's wrong. Due to this wrong information was provided to the buyer and his solicitor. And that caused confusion with my solicitor as they thought I gave them the wrong info. After emailing back and forth I thought that we sorted this out, but after waiting 2months I was advised that the buyer is still confused and not sure if want to proceed. Due to the estate agent clearly didn't know anything regarding the property situation and didn't want to listen to anything I was saying I lost the buyer.Again after officially canceling services with the agency Josh.B blamed buyer solicitors and my solicitor . Will never use them again.

Property was sold on January 2026 with no issues with other estate agents,there was no problem with getting mortgage for the Buyer with only 10% deposit and i don't needed to change to the lease like House fox advice it's necessary to do so. Conclusion:
Don't trust House Fox . Go for other estate agents. I lost 6 Month off sale and loads off stress with House fox . Best of luck.

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Neil and the whole team were exceptionally professional from our first meeting. They were always available and honest in our discussions and although it was a lengthy process they brought about a successful conclusion. I would have no doubts in recommending them or using them again if the need arose.

The photographs they took of my property were excellent they were true to the house as since viewing other properties the pictures have been overstated to say the least. They conducted all my viewings and the house was sold after only being on the market 2 weeks. I found all the staff polite and courteous and professional and would have no hesitation of using them again
