Product seems ok in quality BUT very disappointed to lose an earing back within minutes of putting them on. I have had pierced ears for 40 odd years so am very used to putting earings on and have not had issues in the past. One side went on fine the other side I had trouble with , I feel maybe there was a kink in the back that did not allow it to secure.

ALSO, as per another review the ring I ordered from taking the size from a ring sizer is too big and likely to lose that as well ! I will E mail HofC.

Absolutely stunning ring which was beautifully packaged. My wedding rings are a size J so I ordered this size. However the ring is far too big and falls around my finger, my other rings dont do this. I measured the inside and it is indeed bigger than my wedding rings. I have since paid to return and there are no smaller sizes. Gutted as it was a lovely ring. I have since ordered from somewhere else that does the correct sizes.

I purchased a pair of 0.5ct gold stud earrings and they are beautiful. I had identical, real studs set into a ring as I almost lost them on two occasions.
The House of carats ones look and feel comfortable, they sparkle like diamonds and I've received numerous compliments.

I’ve had my ring a couple of weeks now and I have to say it has really grown on me. And I revised my opinion. It is beautifully cut and in the sun it sparkles just like a diamond.

I bought a huge round solitaire , and the quality for the price is stunning. I can’t wait to buy another.

My only gripe is I’m between the 2 sizes they offer - please add more! Thanks

I really wanted to like the jewellery as I loved the concept, however, the reality proved very different to the expectations. I ordered 2 necklaces which WITH the discount were over £150. The quality was very disappointing, the metal looks nothing like gold and it feels so flimsy that it would take very little to snap. I understand these are not real diamonds but this jewellery is NOT cheap at all and customers should expect some quality, especially for the metals and chains used.
