Excellent service and advice and no sales pressure after my hearing test: a good experience.

Great experience at House of Hearing very friendly, put me at ease, knowledgeable and very kind

My appointment was made for my convenience.
The appointment lasted all of 5 minutes.
If I had read the instructions on how to connect my phone to my hearing aids the appointment wouldn't have been needed.
I was seen by an audiologist on the time appointed. Great service.

The staff at the Galashiels branch of House of Hearing are always friendly, welcoming and efficient. I left my Sound Clip with them one afternoon, and was offered an appointment the following day to reacquaint it with my hearing aids, and to remind me how to use it. That was very helpful and reassuring.

We have paid £3500 towards hearing aids that haven’t worked well so we have sent them bacj to be repaired and now they won’t return them until we have paid in full which we cant affird as was paying in installments and my husband has no hearing aids and we have wasted all our savings. Terrible customer service and this company has promised an excellent service but havent delivered - i would say avoid and go nhs - better quality

I was traveling throughout Scotland and needed new filters for my hearing aids ! I looked up Hearing Services in Galashiels while there. Lynndee immediately took care of my problem and sent me off with enough filters so I wouldn’t have a future problem! Friendly and kind!

I never used to looked forward to audiology appointments before, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Daniel because, as a hearing aid user himself, he totally 'gets it'. His personal experience coupled with his expert knowledge makes him the perfect audiologist!

I have found all the staff at the Galashiels Branch extremely helpful when I have had a problem. I would like to compliment them on their excellent customer service.

My bus was late & the next was going to make me late for my appointment. The staff member, to whom I spoke, was very reassuring and said that, if I wasn’t too late, they would hope to carry out the full procedure. This is what they did. Throughout it, I was kept informed of what was happening and the lady was very cheery. It was, surprisingly, quite enjoyable.
The NHS nurse, who referred me, explained that she did not have the equipment to perform this procedure and was very concerned that what she could do would increase my dizziness. I am very grateful that House of Hearing has offered this free service for those to whom it would not, otherwise, have been available. Thank you!

Excellent service and friendly helpful staff

Excellent with person with dementia.

Was well attended too and the nurse was caring and gentle. Getting the suction made such a difference and enabled me to enjoy my holiday.
