Great staff fantastic service can't fault highly recommended for anyone with hearing problems

wonderful service, so professional and accessible.

Visited HoH Morpeth recently for an annual hearing check and servicing of my Oticon hearing aids.

The service was exceptional, but that is the norm!You are treat just as much as a friend whilst you are indeed a customer.

I've used NHS hearing aids in the past. Sarah and the team however provide great service and focus on product solutions that are suitable for you as an individual.

Professional, courteous and polite and very welcoming.

Felt I was really listened to. I had a problem with Bluetooth connectivity to my new hearing aids, which audiologist tried hardest to address. However, there was little improvement and at my follow up appointment, the audiologist, Sarah, took moulds and ordered smaller domes. These have yet to arrive, but I am hopeful!

Seen promptly by friendly professional clinician. Reviewed and amended my hearing and aids. I would trust my treatment 100%

Both my wife and myself visited House of Hearing - my wife , to check on hearing aid supplied previously and myself for earwax removal. Very professional help, treatment and explanation of events. Having been customers of H 0f H for several years, have no hesitation recommending them for first class service and attention.

My 87 year old mother’s NHS hearing aid tubing broke and although this is a private ENT clinic in Morpeth, they were so helpful by providing much needed replacement tubing, where other places did not help at all. Many thanks indeed, you saved the day! Very caring and friendly service.

A 10/10 Experience! I needed an urgent appointment for my Dad and the lady who took the call moved a few things around and kindly squeezed us in. The care my Dad received from Sarah was excellent - very patient, explained everything , thorough and very caring - we couldn’t have asked for more! A first class service all around - Thank you!

Sarah Cotton was fantastic today at House of Hearing Morpeth so patient explaining my ear infection and how it should be treated.Even printed her findings and recommendations for me to to show my doctor and where to go i.e.walk in centre should I not be able to get an appointment to obtain prescription

Since getting my hearing aids in 2021 the aftercare and service I've received has been quite outstanding. Nothing is too much time or trouble for Sarah. Yesterday I had wax removed and a supply of filters etc - no extra charges.

So helpful & friendly.

My life is transformed by their expertise.

Professional approach, pleasant and efficient.

A very professionally run service. Warmly welcoming and full trust and confidence in Sarah and diagnoses and treatment.
Would have no hesitation in recommending practice.
