I have purchased many times with Scent Australia but my recent experience was terrible. I placed an order in November 2022 and was then told the product was out of stock after contacting them asking where my order was. I was told the item would be sent when it was in stock - that took 6 months and multiple emails where they kept pushing back the time it would arrive. Now I’ve been sent a diffuser with an empty glass bottle because the oils we have purchased previously don’t fit the machine. How am I meant to swap oils around if you’ve only given one empty bottle? Im disappointed with the quality of the machine that I was sent 6 months after I paid for it.

Scent Australia goes above and beyond when solving issues, they are a pleasure to buy from. Beautiful products. I use other brand water diffuser vibrating type and add 8 drops of Scent Australia oils, I turn 3 on with different scents in different rooms that way the change from room to room is noticeable and you don't get desensitised to scent during the day. Love these oils. They are quick getting orders sent out.

Fast service. Amazing scent and packaging

The diffuser is clearly a faulty product. I have had 2 replacement models sent out and the last one with 1 empty bottle that I'm supposed to fill which means I can only have 1 scent dedicated to this diffuser. This is not how its described on the Scent Australia Site.

My home smells wonderful!! I have so many positive comments from friends and family, I don't want to give up my secret though it's so good, I want to keep Scent Australia Home all to myself!

Has been over 4 days now. No communication after payment was taken. Have tried calling, emailing, and commenting on their Facebook. They end up deleting my comment. Have asked PayPal for a refund. Would not recommend.

Overall experience with scentaustralia is above and beyound expectation. Thanks scentaustralia for their beautiful products and scent to make me feel special and feel luxurious. Last but not least the excellent customer service from Emma! Thank you for your quick response and great solution when I contact cuatomer service for the missing items from my delivery. To be honest this is the best customer service that I've ever had in my life . Scentaustralia is very lucky to have you. I think every company should have a person like you. You gave great service and made the customer to come back and buy more stuff.

Excellent service and easy to use website. Super fast delivery. Oils are presented in gorgeous tubes. Product smells amazing. I got the ginger flower and Jardin de Carthage.

Don't think you can go too wrong with the Scents Australia fragrances. They smell amazing!
