House spotters were very professional and we were kept up to date at every part of the sale of the house. A few issues occurred that was out with the control of the estate agency but they continued to thrive and deal with the situation with a positive outcome thanks again Craig and Amanda wishing you even more success in the future

5star service offered by Housespotters, Amanda took care of everything through the full process would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone intending to move homes

I arranged for three estate agents to visit me and after meeting Alan me and my daughter had no doubts that it was him we wanted to sell our home. His whole outlook was fresh and exciting compared to the other estate agents we spoke to. It is very clear that he loves what he does and from start to finish he dealt with everything and kept me updated every step of the way. He answered all of my questions right away even if it was outside normal working hours. My house sold within a week with me getting over 10% above the asking price. I have already recommended him to my friends and family if they are thinking of selling. I would say The Property Boss is definitely the best in the business!!

Alan has been a fantastic help in getting our property sold, he is very easy to talk to and has a reassuring and calm personality no doubt due to his solid background in estate agency. We were updated on every part of the house sales property journey and within a week Alan had achieved a record price for our property with the perfect purchaser who was chain free and able to accommodate our moving date requirements which is every sellers/purchasers dream and we can't thank Alan enough for making the whole process hassle free, a definite five star performance.

While I did not use Housespotters to sell my home. I was in fact the person buying the house and the communication and support I received from Kenny the EA while purchasing made me wish I had.
The level of professionalism from him made me seriously question the competence of the Estate Agent I used myself. I truly do not believe that I would have been able to completed my own sale/purchase without the support of House spotters and specifically Kenny and can not recommend them enough.

From the very first moment I got in touch with The Property Boss, he went above and beyond. As this was my first time selling a property, I had plenty of questions — but there wasn’t a single one he couldn’t answer. He kept me informed every step of the way, with constant communication and genuine support throughout the entire process.

To top it all off, he sold my property in under a week and achieved a price above the asking value — which is absolutely outstanding.

If you’re thinking about selling your property, I honestly cannot recommend The Property Boss highly enough. I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I have been in my house for 33 yrs So I was nervous about putting it on the market Alan was very reassuring and I could contact him at all times and I did ! I was also give an app that kept me updated on viewings offers ect I have now recommended my neighbour to Alan and he has made a very stressful time plain sailing

We contacted Alan in December to sell our home of 20 years, we were advised by another agency what could sell for but Alan shot way above that price!

He is calming in a stressful time, offers total transparency with all information but the most impressive part is his ability to drive the sale. The business model for this company is to sell cheaper homes quickly. They seem to be good at that.

In my experience with Housespotters, they don't know what to do with more expensive properties that take a while to sell.

After two weeks of viewings, I got an offer way below the Home Report value for my house. Amanda agreed this was too low and I was right to turn it down. Four weeks later another family offered the same amount - and Amanda messaged me to say I should take the offer if I was serious about selling!

To cut a long story short, I went with another estate agent, who sold my house within 12 weeks for £41,000 more than Amanda said I should accept.

In the 6 weeks I was with them, Housespotters put out social media with the wrong address next to pictures of my home - wrong town as well as the strong street. Other social media they posted about my property either had my street name or town mis-spelled. They also did a 360 video which featured the wrong house number on the address.

They produced a floorplan which was inaccurate - it had the conservatory covering the full width of my house, which is incorrect, and they didn't include my garage and utility room until I asked them to add it in.

They lost interest very quickly when my property wasn't an immediate sell. When I tried to contact Amanda for advice she was unresponsive to my messages.

I came to realise the fixed fee means they have no incentive to get you a good price - they just want a sale as quickly as possible so they get their commission.

Another agent demonstrated that a bit of patience and knowledge of the local market was all that was needed to go to a closing date and sell my house for well above its value - rather than £25k below the Home Report value which Amanda recommended.

My financial future and that of my children would have been heavily impacted had I taken Amanda's advice. I think it's important for estate agents to be honest when they are in over their head.

I note on another website a former customer has left a review to say she was blamed by Housespotters when her home didn't sell quickly.

I feel I had a lucky escape in changing estate agents after 6 weeks. Just wanted to warn others that if your property is more expensive and you're looking to get the best possible price for it, this is not the company to go with. Investing a little more in a more professional service will pay off in the long run.

Amanda and Craig went beyond the call of duty when selling my home. They are dedicated, fair and honest - and kept me in the loop 24/7! They have many years of experience and go full out to showcase any homes they are selling. Would thoroughly recommend Housespotters!

Whilst Housespotters were not our estate agent they were the estate agent for the house we were buying . I contacted Amanda at Housespotters as I was having issues with the sale of our house which I thought would fall through. Amanda was great gave me the advice I needed to save our house sale and allow us to continue with the house she was selling. The advice was free and I firmly belief if our house sale fell through I was going to use Housespotters. Would 100% recommend them xx
