Allan took over after we were on the market with another estate agents for 6/7 weeks and completely turned around how it was going. We sold in 5 days with plenty of interest and offers after going stagnant with the high street estate agent. Provided a great service and was in constant communication, would highly recommend allan at housespotters

As soon as we had our meeting i didnt bother with the rest as i had full confidence in Kenny - and it paid off. As soon as my house went live, the viewings started to get scheduled instantly - Didnt need them through. Kenny sold my house to the first viewer over what we expected to get. House spotters were very professional and we were kept up to date at every part of the sale of the house. A few issues occurred that was out with the control of the estate agency but they continued to thrive and deal with the situation with a positive outcome thanks again Craig and Amanda wishing you even more success in the future

I arranged for three estate agents to visit me and after meeting Alan me and my daughter had no doubts that it was him we wanted to sell our home. His whole outlook was fresh and exciting compared to the other estate agents we spoke to. It is very clear that he loves what he does and from start to finish he dealt with everything and kept me updated every step of the way. He answered all of my questions right away even if it was outside normal working hours. My house sold within a week with me getting over 10% above the asking price. While I did not use Housespotters to sell my home. I was in fact the person buying the house and the communication and support I received from Kenny the EA while purchasing made me wish I had.
The level of professionalism from him made me seriously question the competence of the Estate Agent I used myself. I truly do not believe that I would have been able to completed my own sale/purchase without the support of House spotters and specifically Kenny and can not recommend them enough.
