Excellent guidance on the portal usage and prompt assistance in uploading and approving the documents.

Litterly If it wasn't for hearing about housing hands I wouldn't be able to go to college this year. I was so terrified when I was told I couldn't pay in instalments for my rent because I'm not from the uk I have no one to be my guarantor so I'm really thankfull that it was a easy and quick process to get set up for the year. I will be using this again.

The support staff was very helpful, the application process was quick, and the monthly payment setup is very convenient for international students. The only issue was in experiencing a technical issue with their site in which I had to email information rather than enter it into the online application.

Great option for international students who need a UK based guarantor. Filling out the application online was simple enough (personal info, co-signor verification, proof of studies, etc.) however communication with the property landlord could be clearer and streamlined--making it clearer best way to contact (email or phone) and describing next steps. There was a lot of needing to manage connecting the landlord with the account manager or contract office. I think a project manager might be helpful for HH's different teams. Also the final agreement process needs more transparency--who signs what, what is required vs. optional (for example, HH has their own agreement template they provided at the very end before their signatory, but the landlord already wrote up an agreement and got signatures from the beginning so this would add more work---this should be explained early in the process). Project management could have saved HH's staff time and prevented miscommunication/redoing work.
