Amazing company and customer service. I called in to get some advice on which was the best board for my child. Rather than selling me the most expensive one, the man on the call advised the one that would be best suited. My child uses it everyday and said it’s the best present ever.
Will be coming back for xmas, as my other child now wants one too. 5 stars from me!

Christmas Present for grandson.
After following instructions to operate hoverboard, we ran into an issue of it not working. Since it is Christmas, we werent expecting anyone to answer the email that we sent today (Boxing Day), but after a couple of emails and a video, we got the hoverboard up and running.
A big thank you to Charlotte, who was really helpful.

Customer service is amazing here fast communication and very helpful and kind staff. I bought 2 hoverboards and karts last year and my children have been on them everyday since then, battery life is amazing and the quality is excellent never had a problem with them would highly recommend these hoverboards! Really pleased with this company and will return to purchase in the future. Thankyou hoverboards!

With no knowledge on Hoverboards and seeing some very suspicious retailers out there (trustpilot was useful) I made a decision to go with this company.

Not knowing if I needed a 6", 8" or 10" wheel I decided to call the office, Danny answered the phone and whilst he was really bussy, he gave me some good and personal advice on which boards for my children. With panic setting in (due to Christmas) Danny then stated that there would be only a few boards guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

In my hurry I clicked on the board without a truck (same price), however this was not seen as an issue as the whole team were fantastic - Charlotte e-mailed to allay my fears and gave me an update on the products and that the truck was included free of charge.

The board arrived within a matter of days - my father in law checked them out for me and everything is working and looks solid enough.

We will not know about the quality of these products until after Christams, but if I had concerns I know there would be no issue in discussing with this company.

I don't usually review, but when someone goes out of their way to offer such good customer service I felt I had no choice but to do so. thanks

Customer service second to none - staff, especially Danny, went out of their way to make sure a very special Christmas gift arrived in time for a very special little boy who has had a really tough year. Can’t thank them enough.

We were let down by a different supplier so we called these guys in a panic as the boards are the kids main Christmas present.

The whole team were fantastic; even though there were only 10mins left to get my order in for guaranteed delivery before Christmas they took the time to let me know what was in stock, offering me alternatives and giving advice on the models. Even after serval emails from me amending my order due to an oversight on my part they remained helpful, patient and professional. The boards came the next day.

The units look and feel like quality boards and from my cursory examination of functionality and aesthetics everything seems to be in perfect working order, I don't know about battery life or performance yet, won't really know until the kids start using them properly.

Not an exaggeration to say that they got us out of a hole and saved the kids Christmas. Thank you!

This is the second drifter pro and kart bundle I have bought. The hoverboard is excellent quality and charge lasts a long time. Works very well with the kart. Customer service is excellent. Any queries are answered and dealt with promptly. Would definitely recommend buying from here!

I highly recommend this company, the hoverboard charger broke after a few months use, after contacting the customer service explaining what happened they sent out another charger next day under warranty. Very happy with the way it was dealt with during communication.

Brilliant service and emails back and forth with my self bought for my little girls birthday havent had it out yet as its not her birthday yet but it looks the real deal....great company fast delivery can't wait too see her face when she opens it many thanka

We have bought two hoverboards with go kart attachments several years ago for our children - they have been a big success. Customer service has always been excellent. We now plan to get an additional board for more off road terrain - the advice given has been first rate. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

From start to finish the customer service is excellent. They are open every day and advise carefully based on needs of the products and choices. My daughter got her hover board and kart for Christmas and has not got off it since! She loves it :) thank you for a wonderful product and customer service experience!

From the moment I called to find out more about the products they sold and which hoverboard bundle would be best I knew they were a good company. Happy to help and non pushy. When I had a problem after receiving the item they were there to help. We have had our hoverboard for a year now and it’s so much fun! The service from this company was 5 star! Highly recommend!

We received our hoverboard a few weeks ago and we are so pleased with it. The kids can’t get enough of playing on it, I’m contemplating buying another one so they don’t have to share.
The hoverboard arrived promptly and on time and we were kept up to date with the status of the order and delivery along the way. The quality of the hoverboard is great as we were hoping and overall we’re very happy with our purchase.

Can’t fault this company’s products or customer service. The hoverboard and cart I purchased for my daughter has been fantastic - excellent quality and very durable. I spoke to Danny about some replacement parts and not only was he positive, and very helpful but he even offered to send me some of it as complimentary! Fantastic customer service. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Contacted customer service (Charlotte) with an issue with the hoverboard we recently purchased. We had a reply at 8.30am the following morning (I emailed after business hours the previous day). Charlotte gave some troubleshooting advice which fixed the issue straight away. Great company to deal with!!

We purchased the monster hover board and pro cart. It arrived the next day.
