I bought a hoverboard as a Christmas present for my grandson. It was all very easy to assemble, and in no time it was zooming around the patio. To say he loved it, is ann understatement. Everyone was taking turns on it, including some of the adults. It will be great to take away with us when we go camping. Hours of fun!

Amazing little hoverboard. My daughter loves it. It looks amazing and feels amazing. I’ve had a go myself while she was at school. Great service by staff also after I accidentally scored the T Bar. Looking forward to buying a blue version for my son. Excellent delivery service also and packaged very securely. An all round great experience.

Really fast dispatch meant that our order arrived in time for Christmas - which was fantastic news for me as I’d left it really late to place the order!! Hoverboard exactly as described and so far has been working well.

Bought a hoverboard as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately on unwrapping the charger didn’t work. Company got charger out at the earliest possible opportunity, no fuss. Learning point for me though, unwrap at purchase date and check before giving as a gift. Extremely happy with quality of board.

As always we did our research before spending so much money and this company have come up top trumps for hoverboards. We bought the 8.5” one with a cart for a 6 year old girl…she might have been better with the smaller one but I wanted something a bit more all terrain that she can grow up with. Delivered on time well before Christmas. She took to it straight away and we’ve had no issues using it. Unfortunately my clumsy 20 year old niece caused some minor damage to the foam handle bar grips which is being resolved thanks to quick email to these guys. You’re doing a great job guys, keep up the 5* service…

Hoverboards really stepped up when another company let us down on our order that was placed over a month ago for the children for Christmas. I placed my order with Hoverboards and had it in Northern Ireland literally with 48 hours. They were so helpful (especially Danny) and reassuring on the phone. No phony customer service talk just down to earth honest advice. Thank you so much Hoverboard

This company are fantastic ordered 2.50pm yesterday arrived this morning at 9,50am.
They do what they say and don’t sell segways that they haven’t got in stock.There customer service line is excellent!!

Needed to cancel my order and request a refund as change of mind on boards ordered. Danny called me back after a missed call within minutes and actioned my request and refunded my money.
Excellent customer service.

I’ve not received my Hoverboard yet but I called the company this morning, mainly to check that they were legitimate before placing an order.
I spoke to Danny who was very helpful and I’ve placed my order with confidence. Look forward to it arriving.

We bought our son a Segway/hover board 2 years and recently was struggling to get this to charge. We contacted customer services and Charlotte was very helpful with our enquiries. We got the Segway sent back to them where it was fixed by engineers and back to us all within a week, fully charged and working. Charlotte was so helpful and kind in communications. Thank you.

We purchased a Drifter board and go Kart attachment for our daughter and son for Christmas. They absolutely love it. The wheel on the go-Kart has worn away through excessive use. I spoke with customer services on Monday and a new wheel and replacement straps were mailed out and received by Wednesday. Great customer service. Happy summer, happy kids...!

We had a minor issue with a hoverboard cart we purchased at Xmas . I emailed Hoverboard for advice and received an immediate response from Charlotte who was SO helpful. She really did go " the extra mile" even providing a video link to demonstrate how to resolve our issue . Definitely 5 star service for which we are very grateful Thank you and we'll done Charlotte

Purchased 2 hoverboards and karts for my 9 and 11 year old.
By far the best investment we have ever made.
Kids are on them every day.
When trying to decide it was so nice to have a phone number and someone who answers straight away.

Arrived timely and in good order.

Few months later Bluetooth issue with one of the boards (these things happen!)
Acknowledged, addressed, resolved. Effortless.

Would highly recommend this company and their products.

The 8.5 inch wheel balance board I ordered for my grandson's birthday arrived within a couple of days, but was evidently too big and heavy for him. With his birthday a week away and a bank holiday intervening, I contacted the company who advised me to purchase a 6.5" replacement and then return the original. The replacement was dispatched the same afternoon I placed the order and arrived the next day. My grandson loves his new board (a Fly Plus with kart). I returned the original purchase and my card was credited a few days later.
All in all I was extremely pleased with the quality of both products and the level of service shown.

I looked at other brands and so glad we chose this one - Fantastic product that is really well made and has long battery life, it gets played with pretty much every day! Also great customer service from the team. I have recommended to many friends!
