Excellent company. This is the 2nd hoverboard we have purchased with this company in 2 years. It's our little boys turn for one this time. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic communication. I would definitely use this company again.

I can't praise this company highly enough. Hoverboards are expensive and I was wary of buying the wrong thing from the wrong company so I asked a multitude of questions before purchasing my daughter's hoverboard. They answered absolutely everything swiftly and expertly with a great deal of patience! The same again with a couple of queries I had after my daughter had tried it out. After sale care is second to none. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Returned a board that had developed a charging issue and received the working board back within 4 days over the Christmas period.

So refreshing to receive such excellent customer service! Thank you.

Love this company. So helpful and honest. I ordered replacement chargers and couldn’t find it. Managed to find it and I emailed them to Tell them I found it 2 days later and the were every helpful and refunded it (we are looking at buying another one 3 in total)

I wanted to write a review because I think there are so many companies selling hover boards out there, that it can be a bit hit and miss. After doing a bit of research online I decided to call this company - they answered quickly, and were really helpful. I took some time to think about it (these things aren't cheap!) and called them back. Again very helpful, and not at all pushy. I placed an order which arrived promptly. I was buying them on behalf of my mother-in-law who wanted to treat her grandchildren on Christmas day - and all 4 children (2 girls, 2 boys - aged 8 - 12.5 yrs) LOVED the hoverboards (they had Drifter Urbans). They are quite heavy - but feel really robust. They soon got the hang of them and are now riding them with confidence! They don't ride well over gravel - but are great on pavements and tarmac, and I'm sure will work on grass in the summer (ie when it's dry). The youngest also had a hoverkart (drifter) attachment (as it's his birthday too) - which is lots of fun, and is pretty nippy! Easy to take on / off as well.
I'm dropping a star because the pricing seems a bit strange - they're always on sale!
I would thoroughly recommend.

I’m loving this Company! I haven’t received the hoverboard yet but they have called me about 3 times to keep me up to date on the status (Backordered). I called them back, Mike missed my call and he called me back! Who does that! How refreshing. I never write reviews but had to after this. Great job, appreciated.

I have just contacted the team and spoke to Claire. I was concerned about the weight of the hoverboard, feeling it was to big/heavy for my 9 year old on receiving it. Claire totally reassured me by going through the size, weight of my child in order of assessing if I had purchased the correct size hoverboard for my 9 year old.

I was totally reassured and the personal touch has gone a long way. Claire let me know her child also had one and gave her child age and size. And this was the thing that made me know that I had purchased the correct one and that I would now be wrapping up the gift for my child with joy.

What a fantastic team, service from start to finish was great and Claire topped this off and I have to say is a credit to you all.

Excellent customer services. I had to change my deliver address and the came back so quickly, even though it was late into the evening. They got back to me this morning to say they have changed the deliver address for me. Very prompt, very efficient and I would highly recommend.

Could not fault the customer service, needed to change my red hover board for a pink one and Charlotte was super efficient in getting it organised for me, prompt communication via email made the whole thing stress free, and I will have a happy girly on 25th December.

Spoke with Claire on the chat as the bundle I wanted wasn’t in stock but said I could pre-order but actually recommended a cheaper one to pre-order as the kart was better than the one with suspension (which I originally wanted) couldn’t fault the customer service and will be writing an update review after Christmas as it will be a present

Laura was incredibly helpful in assisting me to reset the hoverboard. I now have a very happy 11 year-old and an excellent hoverboard which she really enjoys using.

I can’t fault this company - excellent advice and support when I initially bought the board and a year later the after care to replace a strap for go kart attachment was amazing .

I bought a hoverboard & cart last year (for grandchildren), the customer support team (Sam) were very helpful and alleviated any concerns that I had about delivery and suitability. I am now buying another one for the other grandchildren. Oh, and the kids love playing with it (not hovering very much but they love using it as a go-cart)
