Thanks for sharing this, there’s a lot of useful detail in your experience.
We’re really glad your son is enjoying his Elektra hoverboard and kart setup from Hoveroo, and that support was able to step in quickly to replace the straps and apologise. At the same time, your note about checking the securing straps before each use is important feedback. Safety-critical parts like that should always be reliable, especially for downhill use, so it’s good that you raised it and had it resolved, but it’s also something worth the company continuing to improve. Thanks again for taking the time to share both the fun side and the safety concern, it helps other families make informed decisions 💛
