Had an OG HomePod repaired after it slowly deteriorated over the last year or so, intermittent pops, and ultimately reboots every 10 mins.

Repair was super quick and communication great throughout, with a much appreciated breakdown of what the problem was and the work and parts that went in to fixing it.

Shipped, fixed, and received back within a week. Fantastic service.

Sorted out my 'dead' homepod swiftly and efficiently, including new warranty and extra replaced components.

The team are excellent. They go out of their way to deliver the very best customer experience. All of the team are knowledgeable and so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble for them.
After the "Spring service", I mentioned that I would try to get in on the Friday before they closed and was advised that if they knew I would be going, they would wait and that was a Friday afternoon!! How many places would do that?
I know sometimes people question good reviews, but this is an absolutely honest review and I would not go anywhere else as I trust them. They offer a fantastic service.

I had a new hard drive installed on my Mac as it was four years old and was running unacceptably slow. The Mac was in and out in a couple of days with the problem solved. I did have cause to return to the shop and have a slight adjustment carried out and the way in which that was handled was exceptional. On picking up my Mac I was shown a tip or two about trouble shooting that was most helpful. First rate service all round. Thanks.

Great service, honest and approachable. They explained in detail, the work they would do and explained upfront the risks on doing the repair. Service time was accurate and completed to my satisfaction.

When I arrived needing help with something and was in a total panic, they were just AMAZING. I had a deadline to respond to something, was running late for work and close to tears and I couldn't access it on my PC and they very kindly helped me out. Extra fantastic service.

I dropped my iPad and the screen wouldn’t come on. Took it into Howard Conrad and Matty took a look. It’s 5 years old so chatted with them re upgrading - really like the fact they give you an honest opinion and options. Mended the iPad and got 3 year guarantee.

I was able to get my iphone battery changed same day. Friendly and knowledgable. Good price with a three year guarantee! What is not to like?
