Reliable & efficient service.
The Company recently replaced batteries in a couple of older iPhones at a fair cost.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them if you require assistance with an Apple product.

My first gen 2018 HomePod stopped working after a common fault with a particular batch of early capacitors. This company explained the process over the phone to me and I sent off the unit, getting it back within a week. It was fixed, had some extra parts replaced that wear out too, and guaranteed for another three years. Compared to replacing the unit with a new one, this service made excellent sense. And I have a useful piece of kit working again. I thoroughly recommend them and will keep them I mind for future repairs of my Apple kit.

The guy’s did a great job for me but I did not follow there instructions properly so had to go back to the shop for some help they sorted my mistake and did not charge me I highly recommend them .

Used Howard Conrad to do a diagnostic test on our dead PC monitor. They were excellent, communication was really good and the service we received was very impressive. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone in need of their services.

Brilliant service - fast, helpful, and solved the problem!

I needed help to free up some memory on my Mac (the whole thing had ground to a halt!).
Having spent an evening on Google going round and round trying to sort it out myself, I lost patience and emailed HC. They replied the next morning, and I had my MacBook booked into them on the same day.
By 5 pm that night, the problem was sorted and Steve had given me some pointers on how to make sure it didn't happen again! hooray! very happy.

I found they were extremely helpful, very professional and gave me lots of useful tips. The repair was done very promptly which I appreciated, and I was very pleased with the result.

Repaired my first gen HomePod that had died. Clear instructions on how to deliver. I even had an email to say the HomePod was received, and a phone call explaining what was repaired (some capacitors and a part that would likely fail on the future!). HomePod arrived well packaged inside of a week. All working. Happy customer!

I was searching for a proper Mac repairer to work on a slightly older Macbook. I found Howard Conrad online and checked out their reviews.
On making contact, I found their initial correspondence to be good, so I booked a repair.
The repair was done on time, despite a small hiccup (not their fault), and so far, all seems well with my machine.

Super quick service from my initial phone enquiry to taking my low performance Apple iPhone into his premises to job completion. iPhone now good as new!! and all completed in 2 hours....Really easy to talk to them and makes us less Tech Savy people comfortable when explaining our Technical issues. Any issue's I have in future with PC's/iPhones I will certainley be going to them.

The guys at HC fixed my Macbook screen in just 2 days from its break and were absolutely fantastic. Their service was great and they were extra speedy as they were aware I was losing out on work. Impeccable service and lovely guys. Cant fault them.

My old Apple computer was out of date, so I was told. I must buy a new one so said the 'experts', Matthew at Howard Conrad updated and it runs perfectly now. All for £35!

From start to finish this company have been a pleasure to deal with. I had a broken apple HomePod which they diagnosed and fixed exactly as described for the price quoted. They regularly kept me updated on progress and the whole process from me sending in to receiving a repaired product took a week. Very happy to recommend.
