i found the whole experience brilliant. nothing to much trouble for them without them being pushy and i absolutely love my new to me car. Sean was the salesman a really nice chap. I would highly recomend them.

Test drove and expressed that I wanted to buy. Told I would get a call back in half an hour about when the car would be ready for purchase after putting through mot. No call back, next day still no answer So I called to check , person dealing with selling car busy but would phone back, still no answer so had to chase again at end of the day. felt undervalued as a customer.

I ordered a Citroen C3 Aircross which was delayed by the worldwide shortage of computer chips. Your sales executive steered us through the waiting period and all the rites of registration, finance and handover with kindness, efficiency and great attention to detail.

It was not my intention to change my vehicle at this time of year but the figures seem to stack up and I purchased a newer model. On reflection it might have paid me to get a value for my old car before negotiations commenced.
The process of changing and purchasing the new vehicle was straight forward.
Collection and handover was easy. I was already familiar with the vehicle just needed to update myself with the new features. The new vehicle has a 1.2 3 cylinder petrol engine. Having changed from a 2 litre diesel I am impressed with the new vehicles performance.
When getting the vehicle home I had to top up the water bottle and it took several litres of water.
Having never used a change lane warning before I tried it but to me it is a bit aggressive so that feature is turned off now. The warning that goes with it is annoying.

Great service as ever from Howard's Citroën in Taunton. I have just purchased my 5th car from the dealership.
Mark Pow provides exemplary customer service and makes the whole process simple and straightforward. He advises carefully without applying pressure and one never feels rushed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Howard's and have done so many times.

Two year ago I bought a Honda Jazz through Howards (Citroen) Taunton and was delighted with the purchase. So when I decided to try an electric car I decided to go back to Simon Collings and see if he could procure a Nissan Leaf for me to see and try out. Simon soon managed to have a Leaf delivered to Taunton for me to see and test drive. I was bowled over by the car and Simon soon arranged the exchange for me. He was terribly helpful in the whole process and I am most appreciative of his attention to detail and how easy he made the transfer. I am delighted with the Leaf and thank Simon for helping with the transition to electric.

Good communication throughout, slight misunderstanding with whether I wanted to do a purchase contract hire on finance or a purchase hire, however the team got this got corrected promptly and I left a happy customer. Absolutely thrilled with my citroen C1, drives like a dream and feel positive about the experience with citroen overall.
