Howdensinsurance レビュー

Having insured previously with A-plan (now Howdens), the obligatory renewal letter came through, with the usual uplift in premium.

Shopping around reduced the premium by a chunk. However I was happy with the service I received from Howdens so far (although have to stress I have not yet had to make a claim).

I spoke to Shruti K, who worked on my behalf to reduce my premium renewal by almost 13%, and retain me as a customer.

Thank you to Shruti and the team for your help.

Alex Onslow-Major deals with the insurance of my car and my house. He is always so very kind and helpful as are his colleagues, if he is not available. He has been brilliant recently regarding a car accident.

Suzanne Badham at Evesham branch
Was extremely helpful she found me a policy that was perfect and also saved me a lot of money too,
She was very efficient and documents were sent very quickly, I will definitely be asking Suzanne for more of my insurance needs in the future and recommending friends and family to Howdens.

Richard at St Albans Howdens provided an accurate, professional and helpful service, finding the most competitive car insurance and promptly sending my documents out. Thank you.
