Howdensinsurance レビュー

Having scoured online for a reputable company,I came across Howdens insurance. For what it’s worth, a very efficient and professional company and staff with invaluable experience. My direct contact was Louise Fleming who was very professional with exemplary customer care, a credit to herself and the company.

Many thanks.

Thank you so much Summer Neil from the Northampton office, you were extremely helpful.

Her knowledge and explanation of the policy was great, and she even managed to apply some discounts. Would definitely use her again and recommend Howdens insurance.

Thank you to Will at Howden's Insurance who talked me through a difficult insurance quote application today. Will was good humoured and kind throughout the call, and despite me having a tricky driving history managed to find me a competitive quote. It was brilliant getting through to a human being without any telephone menus, and throughout the call Will displayed a thorough knowledge of the insurance quote process and was able to help me with sensible answers to questions no other insurance brokers had been able to help me with. I feel confident that the quote he has provided me with is based on full and sound information, that I have declared everything honestly and that if I accept the quote there won't be any nasty lashbacks later - this was very important to me. He also helped me to reduce my quote with a voluntary excess combined with an excess protection plan, which has made a real difference to my sense of security. Well done to Will and thank you to Howdens.

Facing renewal of any insurance is anxiety provoking if one wants the extra confidence that comes from speaking to an actual person - a rare commodity these days.
I was fortunate to speak fairly speedily with Sam who patiently went through the process of finding me a home contents package to suit my situation. He did this with admirable efficiency as well as courtesy and made me feel he was an advocate for me not just a Howden’s representative and advocate. That is also a rare quality these days. Howden’s is fortunate to have him in their team!

Sarah and Philippa we’re outstanding in helping me through my incident, I would definitely recommend Howden Hereford and I much appreciated all their help and support. Thank you

Purchased house insurance, James Gilmore in Thatcham branch very helpful and professional in approach. Bought the insurance so must have done well😊

I was referred to Howdens (Maidenhead) by a friend who uses them. I spoke to Jed and he was able to organise two new policies for bike and car - the car policy was actually cheaper than my current year !

Jed gave a 100% customer service and I would recommend giving them a call.

Excellent customer service..
They made buying historic tractor insurance so easy and were very obliging to email me the necessary papers to meet the legal requirements. Really helpful and nice people to deal with. Pleased they have kept high st offices- should I need to visit in person.

I've bought insurances from Howdens Chichester for many years when they were A-Plan. This year my home insurance renewal was nearly double last year's. Paddy at Howdens tried extremely hard to find out why it was so high, especially as I had got a whole list of offers via Confused.com, some a quarter the price.

I elected to go with one and paid my annual policy. But to our horror a week before our current insurance (Integra) expired we had a water leak somewhere between ceiling and roof. As we had home emergency cover we claimed on that but the plumber and roofer who investigated couldn't find the problem. We were told to deal with things ourselves. Which we did. A plumber cut a hole in the ceiling from which water gushed out of a broken joint.

Our new insurer (PolicyExperts) cancelled our cover and Paddy was very helpful offering useful guidance on dealing with insurances and how to get insurance cover to fit our needs.

Completely screwed over by Toyota Insurance - Howden’s to the rescue!
Recommended by a family friend, who will be getting a bumper Christmas present this year.
Luke (Newbury office) was outstanding. Very calming, helpful and measured.
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will be seeing about combining our house insurance when it’s up for renewal and I’ll be telling everyone I can, to check them out! Thank you Howden’s.

Recently renewed my car insurance first time with howdens insurance in Birmingham very good service from Rebecca Fairfield i will recommend howden insurance to all

Renewed Camper van insurance with Howdens. Spoke with Kerry from the Witney branch who was most helpful. Arranged everything for us and called us back when requested. Insurance price was similar to last year so very happy with the renewal. Thanks Kerry. Will use Howdens insurance again.

The service was very friendly and efficient. The person who dealt with my car insurance renewal was called Alice, and she could not have been more helpful. The company was still called A-Plan when I last renewed, and I was slightly sceptical about the change in name / ownership. However, I needn't have been, as nothing else seems to have changed. I thoroughly recommend Howdens.

Vicky from Howdens (previously motor direct) was absolutely fantastic. She took the stress and anxiety out of the situation. She kept me informed and connected me to my insurance company as quickly as possible. True to her word she said she would call at a certain time and did so. Her customer service was exemplary and she is a real credit to your company. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, she made it all so easy. THANK YOU VICKY AND THANK YOU HOWDENS. I will be requesting a price for my daughters insurance in June/July as you all excelled.

Milly is hard working, efficient and knowledgeable.
A great asset to the company.

I've been with A plan now Howdens with my car insurance for 10 years, on the 10th year I had an own fault accident, it took them 4 months to repair my vehicle, they didn't replace all the parts that were broken and then my premium jumped from £500 to £2700! I shopped around and direct line did exactly the same cover for £1400! Howdens also claim to be the only broker to ofer a mediation service between you and your insurer when it comes to repairs, this is untrue because direct line offer this service. 10 years of loyalty to A plan and the year Howdens take over they just can't be bothered!

I don't normally write reviews, but had to in this instance. Fran Lawrence at Howdens just sorted a new policy for me. I am so pleased with her excellent service. Polite, respectful and clear. Fram made to whole experience painless and concise. when the premium was announced I was knocked out ! Much cheaper than the nearest competitor, saving me many £££ this year. Thank you Fran ! I highly recommend Howdens Insurance.

We had some complexities in our insurance request with regards to transference of no claims bonus etc. The agent (Kerry Cornwell) that we dealt with could not have been more accommodating in sourcing a suitable underwriter for our request and made the process almost seamless. The final fee was very affordable given the number of challenges we have heard of others having with motorhome insurance. Very happy customer

Big thanks to Mark Turnbull from High Wycombe branch for sorting the car insurance for Angie. He even got us a better deal than last year, we will be back. Polite and friendly service, just what you need.

A big thank you to Alex in Salisbury for a painless renewal of my vehicle insurance!

Great service as ever....please, do keep up the good work. Wonderful to have someone doing the legwork when it comes to finding the best insurance cover.
