Package hasn’t come in and wasn't given tracking information

Just that you exist is a value. HPMS is now a resource in my bookmarks. And I got it for less money than amazon.

The online catalogue was easy to understand and the prices were very fair. My items shipped quickly and are great quality products. I purchased compression items for right leg lymphedema. I highly recommend HPMS and will order from them in the future.

Products did arrive on time. However, I had sizing issues with a product. I called and emailed requesting instructions on how to proceed with no response.

It is clear that the company is focused on serving the need of the customer and is not deploying pure marketing tactics. It is a very professional approach.

The ball needs a bump which I ordered. The bump needle broke off on first pump. Very dissatisfied. I want to return unused ball and useless pump. Send authorization for return. Linda Littell

I have been through at least a dozen different types of traction devices. This is the most incredibly well Made neck Traction device on the market. Not possible to find a better device for this application In fact I believe., It’s not possible to Produce a better device than Dr. Bob’s. Thank you so much Dr. Bob! Had the product (knee brace) I needed for my daughter. Easy ordering at a fair price. Fast shipping. Will most definitely purchase from HPMS again if needed. A++ New Hampshire business.

I bought the correct size but it did not fit my hand comfortably. Returning item was a hassle, not sure if you will refund my money

I have purchased heel lifts from them before. Easy to install in shoes. Got 2 new pair of shoes so time to replace heel lifts. If they where not a good product I would not be back to purchase a replacement. It been 2 years on the last lifts.

You sold me something that wasn't even available. It would be nice to know that up-front and save all parties involved a lot or processing time.

When tracking number for my order did not show any movement (UPS), I contacted HPMS via email and received almost immediately answer that HPMS is sending a replacement via USPS. I received the shipment promptly. Ms. Emily French was very courteous and very efficient.

I ordered a back brace from your company that was recommended by my doctor for after back surgery. I was already in the hospital when I was notified that the order was cancelled due to not having the item but the email never came to me and so I wasn’t able to order the replacement brace of same value and subsequently didn’t have my back brace when I needed it most. I, in turn, had to scramble to find one to borrow from a family member while trying to recover in the hospital after my first surgery while awaiting my second surgery as my surgery was a two part surgery. It was very inconvenient & stressful.
