I ordered fromHPMS on April 27. My package was shipped the same day. Its now June 7 and I still have not received it. Won't be ordering from them again.

Good quality, useful size

I’ve been a long time customer of HPMS and always receive my order promptly with no issues whatsoever. Very happy with their service.

I received the wrong silicone bunion gel, but HPMS said that they would send the correct tailor's bunion shield.

My thumb brace arrived so quickly! It fits great & it was very helpful to use the online measuring guide.

HPMS sent me the exact thumb braces I needed. They were not listed properly on Amazon and I could not get them there. Amazon would not assist me in getting them.

The hand brace is very helpful but it is somewhat abrasive to my skin.

Needed some exercise bands like the ones
I used at Physical Therapy. Use them on a regular basis for shoulders. Wore out the original ones and was able to get exact bands as pieces not having to purchase a whole roll. They should last me 2 years.

I was introduced to your non latex resistance bands while being treated at the Mayo Clinic after heart surgery. They gave me a set of bands to take home and use to strengthen my chest after surgery. Using your bands significantly improved my recovery time. I use them every day and can feel the changes to my body. I ordered a silver band since my strength has improved past the green, blue, and black bands Mayo Clinic provided. These bands are like having an entire gym membership right at home.

Poor communication! Order No: 1537397. Placed order on March 3rd expecting the item to shipped within 24/48 hours. Six days later, on March 9th I received my first communication by an e-mail indicating that shipping of my purchase would be delayed for 3-5 days. Why didn't this e-mail get sent to me after 48 hours when the item should have shipped? I emailed March 13th asking if my item shipped, no response. I waited an additional six days and still no confirmation that my order had shipped, so I called on March 14th, and after 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and sent another e-mail requesting the staus of my order and/or cancellation. Again, no response.

My chiropractor recommended the junior Pillo-pedic many years ago and it was time for a new one. I decided to purchase it from HPMS because I was confident that I'd receive a genuine Pillo-pedic and not a knockoff. It arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

Fast shipping and is ergonomically great. The amount of vibration could stand to be more intense.
