pessima esperienza, fin dall'inizio la verifica dell'account è una procedura infinita, appena accedi ti fanno vincere ovunque per agganciarti per poi "spegnere l'interruttore", i tempi di pagamento delle vincite sono biblici (per farti rigiocare tutto) e l'assistenza clienti risponde solo con frasi "pre-confezionate" senza effettivamente risolvere il problema, non ultimo un versamento di euro 20,00 regolarmente scalato dalla mia carta e non accredito "per problemi tecnici" e non sono sufficienti gli screen con orari ecc ma chiedono l'ID della transazione che su una carta ricaricabile non è reperibile.. senza quello si tengono i soldi e basta. id 40757945

Testo: Ho vinto 5500€, pagati 4150€ in rate da 450€. Mancano 1350€ bloccati dal 17 agosto (16 giorni). Il mio Account e gia verificato da tempo, il Supporto online dice sempre "verifica esperti" e cita punto 8.14 ma sono già oltre i 14 giorni. Non è serio.

We ordered the new "trendy backdrop" with structure on one side an became a normal colored backdrop, that we already had at home. Also one of the other backdrops had some kind of paintstuff on it, that was not removeable.

I already wrote you an email some time ago but you never even replied. Honestly, I was very Sorry becaise the product arrived damaged on the First order made with you and I repeat to my email I was not even considered
I think I would have bene entitled to a replacement

Decent packaging, average shipment speed. Backdrops are not too big. Designs are great, good quality.

I have been looking at backdrops for a while and found these. Love that they are two sided and there are many choices. This gives me four backdrops to use for takings photos of the things I make with lots of space to arrange decot around. They are durable, easy to use, easy to clean and well worth buying.

The service is quick and great as always - I've ordered backdrops a few times from here. My last order however was not up to the usual standards and 2 of the 5 pieces showed a low quality of printing unfortunately.

Die backdrops sind richtig gut, Qualität super! Ich mag besonders das mit dem weißen Holzbretterimitat, das sieht so echt aus.

Absolutely fantastic quality!
I have bought from this store twice now and have 17 different backdrops.

My only problem that happened with both orders is that they arrived with damage to the edges of each backdrop where the package was dented.
They were packaged in bubble wrap and plastic wrap. Id have thought they would be shipped in a cardboard cylinder but no.with how much i spent i was disappointed.
