It took about a month to receive, and I was pretty disappointed with the end result. The website says that the colours may be different in real life, but I specifically ordered a particular design because of how white and bright it was. To my surprise, it was much darker and creamier when I received it, which is not the look I was going for at all and I am quite upset about it.

Great communication from the time of ordering. Backdrops are good quality and well packed.

Great product, great service

It took 3 weeks to arrive and came straight from China, you can find the same product with better quality and price in different platforms. Plus the quality was not great as my backdrops came with different sizes.

The backgrounds are really nice! I ordered some previously and they were great. These didn’t get shipped all that well and they were bent when they arrived. Packaging should be reevaluated.

Great product and delivered in pretty quick time considering where it comes from. Every item was in perfect condition as well.

This is my 2nd order with HQ, and I love it.
The backdrops I received are as I expected.

The back drops still curling after 2 weeks of laying flat. I do love them but seem to be getting smaller in size for same price.

Got a good deal and I love that they are double sided. So many lovely ones to choose from and work really well in the photos. Was delivered faster than expected.

Not happy with the backdrops when they arrived. Several of them had small bubbles on the surface (production issue?), had discolouration on the edges, or were damaged on the corners (I guess from shipping)
