Purtroppo il pacco è stato chiuso in maniera che , una volta aperto, il fondale presenta una piega che non si toglie più .
Essendo un fondale fotografico necessita di maggiore cura nel packaging

I never received the parcel. Parcel from China was missed twice. Nevertheless I give three stars as I have been refunded.

Everything was fine, well packed no damage, high quality backdrop, great design. I gave a four because of the long delivery time!

I do love your surfaces though that being said but when I get something new I prefer them to be in pristine condition.

Great packaging, love my backdrops!

I has a little crease in my backdrop that I was frightened might tear and they sent me a Voucher for a new one , so can’t complain. I was a tad shocked at how light weight they are ,thought they would be thicker but they are quite strong and you can wipe them clean. Will buy again

Great service and products. They arrived quickly and well packaged.

I found HQbackdrops through an advert that popped up on Facebook. I was a little dubious, especially with the "special offers" of discounted prices, but they arrived in a reasonable time (a few weeks, from China I think) and I was very pleased with the quality. I use them for my photography business, shooting food, and have since ordered some different colours, and they are just as good.
