My experience in the store with Amanda was very good the same as it was when I purchased a chair in 2024 with her help and understanding of what I needed.
I don't receive delivery of my bed until around the the end of October.

Service was fantastic however the chair was for my father who suffers from dementia. Unfortunately he changed his mind about which material was best for him and he was charged almost £300 when the seat wouldn’t have been started to be made which was extremely upsetting for him.

Met at the door and directed to the correct area and left to browse until we were ready. Tried several different designs of chair, different fabrics and different motors.

Suzanne told us of the 7 points required for correct size and confort and support. She also told us about all the types of motors and what they did, guided us to seating we had disregarded until finally we found what we needed. Then there was 3 books of fabrics, told of special offers and given a cuppa with biscuits.

She spent some time finding us the best price and never tried to force our hand. After spending all this time with us , we could have still walked away and also have a 48 hour cooling off period once signed up.

All in all a fantastic, and very comfortable experience.

My Mam needed a new chair and Tim (HSL) was able to make recommendations that were honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We didn't feel pressured in any way and were very pleased with the outcome. The customer service was first class and Tim's manner was both friendly and professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff at the Blaydon Premises couldn't have been more helpful. In fact, we changed our option from a 2 seat settee to a 2.5 seat settee the day later and that was no problem.
The delivery team of Alex & Shane were efficient and professional.

Having visited your branch the previous week and tried most if not all of the Riser-Recliners onsite, I thought about it over the weekend and decided to go ahead with my purchase of the TWO I purchased. Why? Because I never felt PRESSURED and was dealt with by your team in a very professional manner. And because Life is TOO DAMN short, NOT to enjoy what little comforts we can afford. Congratulations on your team and your products.

The staff made me feel relaxed, with no pressure, they were also very professional, unfortunately when I got home I realised the furniture was not suitable for my room.
I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

This was our 2nd visit. Had seen Vicki the previous Saturday and tried various chairs. She prepared a quoute based on our requirements. At no time was there any sales pressure. On our 2nd visit again with guidance from Vicki tried a range of chairs but returned to our original choice of 2 Aysgarth riser recliners, of different sizes to suit our needs. On asking if there was any form of express delivery she enquired and told us that they could be delivered in 3 days. Expected that there would be a premium for this but the adfitional cost was just £18. Placed the order and chairs delivered 3 days later. Now sitting happy and comfortable! Cannot fault any stage of the process. Service was excellent.

Polite and prompt service

Welcoming staff attending to our comfort at all time. Not hurrying the business. Brought lots of samples to see without any pressure.

Alex and Kev kept me up to the minute on their estimated arrival for delivery. When arrived they unpacked all components with military like precision and were respectful of our property. Our two sofas were assembled quickly and competently. It was a pleasure dealing with these two professionals.

Excellent service from start to finish, bought my chair in there sale, had a little fault when delivered, they came out and fixed it same day. Alison at Blaydon HSL is so helpful, nothing was a bother to make sure everything was just right. Many thanks Alison.
