I want to update, and amend, my previous comment (see below) as I have now received my Hugger and it’s lovely and just what I had hoped for to help my husband who has back pain.

The holdup was entirely the fault of the delivery company who had the item from Hugger but didn’t deliver it for 5 days.

I am pleased to say Pia read my review and communicated with me and resolved the problem immediately.

For some reason I’m unable to delete my initial negative review of December 2025. I wanted to say that I eventually received a full refund from Hugger Comfort. Had their customer service team responded sooner, I would not have felt compelled to leave my negative review. Hopefully they are learning that communication is important.

rubber garbage is more like it if i could give no stars i would rubber hugger is a fraud a scam is more like it

I ordered the product in the UK was promptly delivered to my ill daughter in Australia. Excellent service.

Bought a Huggercomfort for my girlfriend, she always had to craft her own version of this. Now she doesn't have to anymore ! :)
The product it self is very nice and great.
When that time of the month is here, she carries it EVERY WHERE.

I for real think its a great product and company !

Nice easy buying process and good quality product(it would appear and for the price I would expect the same), but much smaller than I was expecting (probably should have read the dimensions if listed (not checked)).

Easy to order a great product really helps with period pain

Ordered no problem delivered no problem and quickly at a very busy time of year my girlfriend absolutely loved it great quality great gift

I’m so disappointed with this company. I ordered a Christmas gift on 18 Dec, only to be told after I’d paid that it would take 10 days. My order has now been stuck at the transit hub for a week with no movement at all.

Even worse, I’ve been bombarded with daily marketing emails and upsell opportunities. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I just want a full refund for a gift that never arrived.

Item arrived quickly over the Christmas period. Product is slightly smaller than I'd like, but it's good apart from that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrendous. Ordered 3 weeks ago, express delivery. Still not here, still no updates to tracking, no movement, no explanation - just one email saying it’s within the timeframe…. Not sure what timeframe they are working to. Ut like everyone else ordered this for a Christmas present - Order 45972

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I believe this company is a scam. I ordered my product on the 25th of November. On the 7th of December I was told by email it had been delivered. I Still haven’t received anything and no one is getting back to my emails. Don’t order anything from them!!!

The product itself is great and of good quality. The fabric is sooo soft.
There’s one thing I don’t like about it: The bottle is made of latex, even though it’s advertised as latex free :(
Natural rubber IS latex. I’m highly allergic to latex and such false statements could be fatal for me. I got this as a gift from a person that knows of my allergy. The way that this is written on your website is just misleading. Thankfully I have not used it yet…
I strongly urge you to change this information and we for sure want the money back.

[EDIT] I received responses to my emails from the company, and the item was eventually received as advertised. Be aware that items are sent directly from China, which is why delivery takes so long and is hard to track.

Like others, my order has been marked as dispatched for nearing two weeks, and Royal Mail still showing this as "expected". I believe this company is a scam, unless they respond directly and resolve. I have also emailed the company separately. Will update my review if anything changes.

I placed an order two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Yesterday, when checking the carrier’s website, I saw that the shipment status was marked as “abnormal.” I contacted the delivery company, and they told me the package is “unconfirmed” and that I need to resolve the issue directly with Huggercomfort.

I paid for shipping protection, so I expect proper support, but so far I haven’t received any clear answers. At this point, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. I really hope they resolve this soon, but for now, I cannot recommend them.

Hello, I believe this is a scam company. I placed my order on 4/7.
Today is 4/30 and still nothing. I've been in contact via 5 different emails, and no responses have been given. I have written in the chat on the website. The AI agent just keeps referring to send an email. Impossible to reach a real person. And keeps assuming, sorry sorry sorry, but if you email for a 7th time I promise Never have I ever had this you will get a response, and once I've done so still no respones. Poor customer service from the company. The product seems really cool and a great gift, but doubtful this company even exists at this point.

Although the water bottle is smaller than expected(although the manner in which it is being used ought to have been a giveaway) my wife really likes her Hothugger.
She really appreciates the additional extender, and is getting comfort from stomach pains due to being able to comfortably strap a heat source to various sites on her body

Had something similar in the past, but it was nothing in comparison to this gorgeous, soft, easy to use hugger. It really is so warm and comfortable to wear. Everyone should have one
