Does what it needs to do and gets where it needs to get too.

Fantastic product, really well made and a great quality. Got this as a Christmas gift for my partner, she absolutely loves it.

My son’s girlfriend was delighted to receive the huggercomfort hot water bottle as a Christmas gift. The product was easy to order online and arrived quickly even at a busy time of year.

Very quick delivery and as described. The hugger is a very soft material, fits my wife well and she is very happy with it.

Present bought for Christmas arrive late on 27th and emailed straight away about it .
Doesn’t fit and emailed when it received still no response. Email address on website doesn’t work (and the email they sent on the review response)
Would appreciate someone getting back to me about the return.

You’ve responded with a message on how to put the water bottle in the the pouch. However the pouch doesn’t fit. I have requested 3 times for a refund and return please

Since having an update and been able to send, they are saying that they haven’t received the parcel. £44 down and just getting no help for my refund. I have provided tracking and given them update from Royal Mail. And said they still haven’t received it.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Really nice item & my fiancé is loving it, as she has been having issues with her back since the birth of our son! I had to also buy the extender, as it was a little bit small for her but all in all, this product is great.

Although my gift recipients haven't received them yet, I know they will love their Hugger Comforts.
They are a great idea, and can see myself ordering more for other people, maybe even myself (I bought three so far).
The only small area where I think there could be an improvement is the packaging. My three came in one outer bag and then each in a clear plastic/cellophane. This cheapened the product a bit, and the inner brown logo band had moved round and was no longer central. They are a relatively expensive product compared to the cheaper imitations, and I think if they were packaged a little better, maybe in a recycled cardboard box, it would finish them off perfectly.

Sincere apologies for my last review. I wrote that it was a shame that the top of the water bottle wasn’t covered. My daughter who uses this every day since it arrived saw the advert where it shows the flap!!! You have thought of everything and this is amazing!!! The best gift ever !!! Many thanks.

I didn’t receive my first order as it was lost in the post however when I emailed I received fast replies and they sent out my order again straight away !
