Email address on website doesn’t work and messaged on Instagram with no reply when trying to issue a return and no way to do it without emailing

Initially- there was a mix up with my order. After some backwards and forwards with emails- Hugger Comfort, replaced the incorrect product i received, with the correct product I ordered and even gave me an extra item as a way to say sorry. That’s how all companies ought to treat their customers! Great company…

I’m still waiting for my order that was placed on the 17th November, I’ve emailed for update and had no response. I can’t find any update or track my order

Great product and fast delivery would recommend

Neat, comfortable and looks good. Bought for pregnant daughter who loves it.

Shocked at the bad reviews! This is the best thing I've bought in ages. So much so I've bought one for my mum and sister too. Great quality and can wear in all different ways i.e across your lower back, tummy or upper back/shoulders. I don't normally write reviews but I had to when I saw the unjust reviews!

I bought this to help ease stomach pain but it's also really great for winter and keeping warm in general. Love that I can walk around the house with it and not have to hold it. It has a velcro strap which fits me and I am a size 8-10, therefore it might not fit someone who is above a size 10 as they do not have varying sizes.

Got the product In 2 days and I love it. Very well made

BUT
it was really a massive let down when i got it:
firstly, im a UK size 12 and the velcro strap BARELY fits around my stomach (lower) where i would want it to sit for p cramps...i can strap nicely around my waist however this isnt where one would want it when trying to tackle period pain
similarly i cannot have it over one shoulder to target back pain for same reason, strap not big enough
this is made for someone tiny
preferably size 6-10
not made for mid to plus size women
secondly, for thirty pounds i expected this product to be well made, it feels cheap, the bottle is tiny, the cover barely fits over it and the strap is not big enough.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

I regret to inform potential customers of my dismal experience with hugger comfort . Despite the allure of their products, my order for a hugger in December remains unfulfilled. The complete absence of delivery is just the tip of the iceberg.

Adding insult to injury, my attempts to contact their customer service have been met with a wall of silence. This lack of basic communication and problem resolution is not only disappointing but outright disrespectful and very unprofessional.

To anyone considering a purchase from huggercomfort, I implore you to rethink. The company’s failure to deliver and their non-responsive attitude are glaring red flags. This experience stands as one of the worst in my online shopping history, making it impossible for me to recommend them.

SCAM - DO NOT USE

Bought an item in December. Lied and said it was a lost item. Said it was refunded but like many others I never received my item or refund. Absolute scummy con-artists.

DO NOT BUY!
Placed an order on December 20th and have followed up with several emails, but still haven't received my item or any reply from the seller.

I placed an order with Huggercomfort on 11 November and paid for 2-5 day delivery. It is now 26 November and I have still not received my order, nor have I received any message from them to let me know what is going on. Very poor service, cannot recommend Huggercomfort.

UPDATE:
After this review being published in Trustpilot and sending an email, I did receive an email from Huggercomfort saying that my parcel had been lost and they would send a replacement, which they did. There was no compensation for the fast delivery I paid extra for. I have updated the rating on this review from one star as goods were eventually received .

Love this, just bought the hot hugger for my girlfriend this Christmas! No issues with the shipping in fact it was super fast and the quality exceeded my expectations, she’s going to love it!!
