We're truly sorry about this experience — no one should have to wait weeks with no real update, and we completely understand your frustration.

This parcel was shipped out, but unfortunately it got stuck with the final-mile carrier and the tracking stopped updating. We chased the carrier multiple times, but they weren't able to give us any new information — and we know that "sorry" alone isn't good enough when you've been left waiting this long.

We've since issued a full refund for this order, and we're reviewing our shipping partners to make sure this doesn't happen again.

We're sorry we let you down, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback — it helps us do better.
