Update from a previous review, Dan from Hull Fibre, called me, enquired about my issue, was extremely helpful and empathetic to my problem, he sorted it out right away, with some great options and benefits to me, on my previous review I complained about the customer service, on this occasion I take it all back, Dan was very professional, very apologetic to my issue, definitely 100%, recommend Hull Fibre to anyone, the service is excellent, but more to the point, the CS is well above and beyond

Absolutely rubbish company. Complained about signal strength and it not reaching the bedroom, for size context we live in a 1 bedroom flat. They blamed the location of the router (which they installed) and said their only obligation to us was the signal to the router and nothing else. Told them it was a new issue yet they still blamed the location of the router and other peoples WiFi who live around us. Offered to sell me a better router at £5 a month or £7 a month for the even better one! So I asked to terminated my contract, they offered a 2 week trial of the router for free, I accepted and then never heard a thing off them!!! 5 weeks later I emailed them again. Again no response so emailed again, again no response. In the meantime my wife tried to sign up to squirrel broadband, because they both run off ms3 they blocked the move. Said they wanted to work with us to sort it out so once again spoke to the technical team, they were still saying their only obligation was to the router anything after that is not their responsibility! They offered to charge me for a cable and the postage to move the router to another location and I said I wanted to end the contract because the service was rubbish. Yet they have now taken another payment! Funny how 3 mobile broadband manages to reach the bedroom that is not even fibre!!!
Please take my advice and stay away from this place it is a joke i have been ringing 3 days on hold or talking to a plastic doll

I was already with Hull Fibre and asked them if it would be possible to upgrade my speed. They responded to my email by phoning me, and the lady I spoke to was an absolute star â courteous, polite, and very efficient.The upgrade went smoothly with only a minor hiccup, but tech support has been amazing. They knew exactly what the issue was and sorted it with minimum fuss. 10 out of 10 for me â couldn't recommend them highly enough â and my 2.5 gig connection is amazingSpecial thanks to Jordan from tech support, who really knew what he was talking about and kept me informed every step of the way. I was unsure about changing from virgin to hull fibre or to any one for that matter but I was assured it would work with my eero 7 max system I had to change some settings that hull Fibre took me through and they are working great I have found them to be very helpfull and now so happy I changed over with faster speeds and save money at the same time

Had a problem with out ONT box overheating and needed to be moved. Excellent service from Jordan who had the issue resolved within 24 hours.

Do not leave Hull Fibre for a cheaper offer elsewhere even if you feel pressure from cold callers or online switching services.
Have always had great service with them and the price is amazing for what you actually get.
I accidentally switched providers to another MS3 provider BeeBu and just migrated on the 5/3/26 1pm by 1pm 9/3/26 I was back trying to get with Hull Fibre after no service from the new provider. Left without internet after the migration.
Quick email for advice and Iâve now started the process of joining back with Hull Fibre who are the best around. I know they will do what ever it takes to get me up and running in no time again.
Really donât no why I clicked accept when I was looking around should have just kept with Hull Fibre in the first place.
Lesson learned when you have something good at home donât stray away for brighter cheaper deals.
You pay for what you get and £40 is a bargain for the service and speeds and local customer service.
Donât be a Steven and switch its really not greener on the other side. Stick with Hull Fibre

Internet went down for the 4th time in 2 weeks. This time on a Saturday. Phoned. Spoke to someone who said a member of the technical support team will be in touch as no support available during the weekend. Absolutely disgusting. You have lost a loyal customer with your attitude.
