NOT HAVING TO CONTACT THE PREVIOUS BROADBAND SUPPLIER THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.I WAS AMAZED HOW EASY IT WAS AND QUICK TO CHANGE SUPPLIERS

Change over went without a hitch

Ellis and Blake made the whole installation a breeze with a brilliant and positive attitude.They took the time to explain everything and any questions we had and reassuring us,10/10

Went to kcom in hull , lady was very polite and helpful, went over all the deals and all prices and then decided to accept the very cheap fibre broadband that’s on offer at moment , looking forward to having installation and get up and running

Very easy to setup. Service has been brilliant. I wish more companies could be this efficient.

My phone not worked for 2 days rang so called customer service on both days 30 and 20 min on hold respectively still
Awaiting call back What customer service ? And they then have audacity to send text asking how did we do?
I cannot express the words

Blake and Ellis arrived exactly when they said they would. Talked me through the options for my installation. Carried the work out very efficiently. When they had finished I couldn’t even see where they had dug a tench across my front lawn. Cleaned up after themselves (even asked to use my hose pipe for the dust on the footpath) and as I am an “older person” took the time to talk me through setting up the App on my phone. Absolute 5 star service. Highly recommend these guys

Friendly, helpful, tidy and efficient fitters. Turned up on time. Took their boots off at the door. Helped make sure connection was ok with devices/TVs etc. Helped set up the app. Can't fault the installation and no problems with service since. Only slight downside is that the internal box that is fixed to the wall is huge and ugly.

💩CON ARE THE FAGIN OF THE TELECOMS INDUSTRY THEIR SERVICE IS 💩 AND FAR TOO EXPENSIVE AS THESE LOT HAD BEEN A MONOPOLY FOR 111 YEARS NOW OFCOM LIKE THEY DID TO BT IN 1988 THEIR MONOPOLY IS GONE AND COMPETITION IS COMING INTO FULL INCLUDING BT! 💩CON ACT LIKE FARAGE AND LOOK LIKE A FOOL AS IF NOTHING IS HAPPENING BUT WHAT MUST YOU DO PLACE A LOVELY LITTLE CEASE ORDER WITH BT 📞 0800800150 AND BT WILL GET YOUR NUMBER OFF 💩CON AND CEASED THE SERVICE WITH THEM AND OPENREACH WILL INSTALL A BRAN NEW LINE SAVING YOU A BLOODY FORTUNE AND 😀 BEST OF ALL YOU NEVER EVER USE 💩CON AGAIN SO PLACE THE CEASE ORDER WITH BT NOW YOU WILL BE SO GLAD 😊 YOU GOT RID OF THIS PARASITE 😀!!

Customer service is a absolute joke cant even get into my own account ...and there the most expensive in the whole of europe

Blake and Ellis came to install my WiFi this morning. Absolutely lovely lads who made it such a relaxed and comfortable experience. They cracked straight on and made sure everything was up and working properly before they left.

I have been with kcom/Karoo since 1999 that's 27 years loyal customer. Earlier in the year my contract was due to expire and I needed to extend it as we cannot recieve ms3 yet. A month later out of the blue we decided to move away. Kcom have said that we were breaking out of contract and pay the remainder of £670,I think this is absolutely disgusting way to treat a loyal customer, especially when the service wasn't that great anyway, and there was no way around it either, so they'll be getting the money back in the slowest possible way.

Installation was very good. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The company is easy to contact by phone.
